Great food, terrible service. Went to lunch, was seated promptly. Drink orders taken quickly, but whoever took the orders quickly forgot. Waitress seemed annoyed when we ordered food and drinks at the same time. One person in our group was served quickly while the rest of us waited several minutes later. One order was messed up. No drink refills. Asked for separate tickets and they were all screwed up. Definitely not a quick stop for lunch. But my panang curry was delicious. So at least they had that going for them.

Apparently TIE is a popular lunch spot for the local young work force, so if you’re going, call ahead or place a takeout order. Service was fast and polite, and the food was surprisingly good. In fact, it registers well above my expectations. I had the Pad Kee Mau lunch special and an order of Salad Rolls; two I would easily enjoy again.

Horrible service. I will never go again. They are way too slow. Went in for lunch today and waisted my entire lunch break with nothing to show for it. It wasn’t that busy and we waited 30 min after ordering and just had to leave. 30 min is a little ridiculous considering we just ordered phở which was probably mostly pre prepared.

Recommend not going at peak lunch hours. A friend and myself waited 10 minutes for a table, then 40 for our food that never came, with no update from our server. I finally asked for it to go and was offered no apologies. Crazy. I’ll never go for eat in again. Ever.

I was honestly expecting so much more from the reviews. I got the spicy dish that got high ratings on here and it wasn’t that good at all. I felt it had wayyyy too much sodium. Wouldn’t recommend it but it isn’t the worst I’ve had.

Absolutely amazing Pad Kee Mao(Drunken Noodles)…Best i have ever had. I don’t normally write reviews based on service, location or whatever… I write reviews based on quality of food they serve. Great taste. loved it

The Pad Thai was decent with #3 spice level. OK customer service. Slow to seat dispite not being crowded.

I’m only in Fort Worth about once a year but it is easily one of my favorite restaurants ever. We took about 20 of our friends and they all loved it, which never happens. The service is great and I will always stop here when I’m in town.

On my trip, decided to visit this nice spot near the Omni Hotel. Although the restaurant is small, the personalities are big. I was immediately greeted by staff upon entering and sat immediately. The young lady at the bar was very attentive and recommended entrees without prompting. It is always a delight to enter a restaurant and be treated well. I ordered the thai basil with beef and shrimp with white rice. The sauce was 3 out of 4 in spice, but I guess I am used to spicy food — still tasty. The amount of shrimp could have been more plentiful but the amount of beef seemed to make up for it. Just on service alone, I would return.

My favorite Thai food by far! I don’t know what they do, but they have it down! I’ve tried most everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed.

I used to get take out here every now and then because it is close to the office and their restaurant service sucks but their food is good. Well now their food and their service really stinks. We waiting entirely too long before someone recognized we wanted a table. Then we waited too long to get our drinks and place our order. Having experienced their bad service before, I put up with it because their food was actually pretty good. I ordered the pad thai and it was just awful. The noodles were not cooked enough and the sauce simply tasted like vinegar. Needless to say, I think I’m done with Tie Thai.

Had the Pad Woosen with tofu. I thought it was nicely presented an very tasty. They asked my spice level and it was spot on. The food wasn’t too salty as it often can be. It was early in the day during the week so they were t too busy. But service was quick and pleasant. The restaurant looked clean. Prices were very reasonableness I’d come back if ever in the area again.

Had to spend the night at downtown FW hotel over the weekend. Had big plans of going out for dinner, but exhaustion got the best of me. Decided to order in, and was so excited to see TIE delivers. To my knowledge, this is the only Thai in town that you can have brought to your doorstep. Ordered Pad Thai Chicken, Teriyaki Beef, and Yellow Fried Rice to share with my family. All were a big hit. I’m not really a rice person myself, but the yellow rice had the best flavor and texture. I had to eat a small bowl. Our order came with 1 measly packet of soy sauce, not nearly enough for my husband’s preferred sodium intake. Other than that silly bit, great food and super fast delivery.

To describe TIE in a word, it would be underwhelming. This place gets PACKED at lunch, but based on my experience I am not sure why. Appetizer: Calamari. It came in a shape I have never seen before… they were like mini fish sticks. They were probably frozen, and tasted like it. Not even the dipping sauce was good. Entrée: Basil Chicken. This was one of those items they highlighted on the menu to indicate it was good. It lacked the amount of flavor I hoped for from this dish, which I have had other places. Service: Slow. But, they were packed at lunch. But, they’re always packed at lunch so this is not an excuse in my opinion. Beverage: Iced tea. Had the weird funky taste of days old tea. Based on the crowds, maybe I just had a bad experience… but on the items I consumed they went 0 for 3.

Oh my gosh I really wished I lived closer to Fortworth cause I would eat here everyday! We came in on a Friday night for dinner cause one of our friends suggested it. I had a craving for drunken noodle so without even looking at the menu I knew what I wanted. The service was very good and the food was amazing. The best pad kee maw I have ever had hands down. The noodles weren’t too greasy, it was seasoned well and the chicken and vegetables were cooked perfectly. When I am in the area I know where I am going for dinner now.

Ate here tonight with a friend after finishing up at the convention center. This place was a very short walk, and seemed reasonably priced esp for downtown Fort Worth. We ordered the«salad rolls» to start, which is basically a fresh spring roll with just veggies(I’m used to the having shrimp). The peanut sauce was yummy. My friend had the pad thai, and I think she liked it. i tried a bite, and it tasted like pad thai, which I am not particularly fond of LOL. I tried the chicken pad kee mao, and it was really tasty. I ordered it #2 spicy which was just right for me. I probably could’ve gone a bit hotter but the slightly milder heat let me eat the whole plate :-). Service was prompt, waitstaff was friendly, and food was good. What’s not to like?

My wife and I recently ate dinner at TIE. We both absolutely love Thai cuisine so we decided to try this one out. When we first walked into the restaurant I was a little taken by the fact that there was only one other person there eating. I started wondering why no one was there and the place felt very empty which didn’t create the best atmosphere. That being said… I ordered the pad kee mow and my wife ordered the Panang curry with rice. Both dishes were EXCELLENT. I typically don’t care for the flat noodles dishes, but I wanted to at least give it another shot. I’m so glad that I did. The heat was perfect and the flavors were nicely developed and balanced. My wife’s curry was absolutely beautiful in appearance and matched it with taste. It was one of best Panang curries I’ve eaten anywhere. I’m shocked that more people weren’t in the place when we went. There is room for improvement regarding ambiance and that is the only reason I don’t give it a full 5 stars. Hopefully as more people find out about this place the better that will get! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone for some very well done Thai food.

Phở was gross today! I don’t know what kind of broth it was. Tasted like a mixture of tom kai soup and phở broth! So disappointed! Didn’t taste like Thai phở at all. Or Vietnamese phở. Did cook change?

It wasn’t entirely clear to me that it was both a bar and Thai food… I didn’t see much, if any, alchol behind the bar. The yellow curry was really good though. Spice level was better than I expected, for Fort Worth. During the lunch hour it was slammed and they only had a couple waitresses working all the tables and sitting people. I just sat at the bar which worked out when the waitress finally made it around.
