Business Owner

Three Charlie Angels came a long way with experiences, knowledges and trends. Together, we bring derived from the rich traditions of international cultures comes the creation of The Spa and Tea Garden.

In 1990, we started out with a 950 sqft nail salon. For over two decades, we built over 10 salons and spa throughout Texas. With our mistakes and experiences in the past, we learned to expertise our spa to the comfort of our customers.

We traveled throughout the world spas to learned the vary cultures to enhance our spa to serve our customers.

We attend quaterly international and local spa trade shows to keep up with the trends.

Our Staffs have monthly training to update their knowledge and trends.

Our customers have always been number one with us. It’s with your relaxation, your enjoyment and your rejuvenation foremost in our minds that we have designed our world-​class facilities, spa treatments, programs, and accommodations

I went in to have a gel manicure removed and a new gel color put on. The manicurist didn’t speak English so another translated for him. He had me soak my fingers in a green liquid (which I never had before). When I asked him what it was, he just motioned for me to put my fingers in it. A week later my polish was peeling off! Then I realized my NAILS were peeling off! I went back to have the polish removed so I could see what was going on. The lady who took care of me spoke English and didn’t «know what happened». She had to cut my nails as short as possible because, by now, my nails were paper thin and flaking and breaking very easily.
It’s been three month and they’re still pretty bad. I’ve been taking biotin in hopes that they get stronger.
I don’t recommend this place at all! I should have known better when the person working on me didn’t understand me!

You won’t be disappointed with their attentive services. This is a real day spa with all services from head to toes except for haircut. It’s like a tradition for me to come here and pamper myself here every month. And bottom line is I’m a satisfied customer…

First time at this location and I 100% will be coming back. Ask for Anna! She gave me the best mani/​pedi I’ve ever had in my life! She was also very professional & kind. I’m not sure about any of the other technicians but I’ll definitely be coming back to see Anna!

I have been going to spa and tea garden for about a year now. They’re customer service and ambiance are perfection! I have had the pleasure of being worked on by several different people and never had a bad experience. Once I got my toes done and later that day put tennis shoes on and ruined my big toe, I went the next day and they graciously fixed it for me free of charge (even though it was my fault).
I am a satisfied and returning customer :)

My daughter and I are visiting Texas and wanted some girl time alone, made an appt for the packet for 2 massage, facial, pedi and mani, girl on the phone who was making the appt. was eating as she was talking to me, that should of gave a clue. Got 10 am and 2 girls who open spa didn’t have a clue, they pointed to pamphlet and ask what I wanted? They didn’t even have me down for an appointment what a joke!

I walked in and they immediately sat me in a pedicure chair, they failed to mention I’d be waiting 20 minutes before anyone started… She then said she could do my pedicure in 20 minutes… 20 minutes for a pedicure?!? What a joke. I ended up leaving, wasn’t going to pay to be rushed through a pedicure.

The guys who gave Francisca T. and I a pedi were amazing. Sure, they didn’t delight in nail polish application or art, but mannnn were they strong and knew how to give a massage. I even asked the guy giving me mine if he also worked in the reflexology space here. He said he didn’t but that he used to be a masseuse. Francisca’s guy confirmed the same. Relaxing atmosphere. They played some early 90’s love songs to set the mood. The TVs were on random peaceful imagery, like rainforests and penguins. The mood was set and we dozed off.
Super friendly. They have a tea café in here too, so if you want something other than water they can accommodate you. My only complaint is that the chairs slant away in the same direction, so someone will be forced to crane their head if you sit next to your friend.
