The staff is nice but every time my mother comes here for her radiation from Baylor All Saints Hospital, their machines seems to break down and she ends up waiting sometimes up to an hour and a half in her uncomfortable stretcher as she waits for her appointment even though we are on time as scheduled. Sometimes they make her wait over an hour to tell her to come back later. It absolutely ridiculous. Even worse is that Baylor nursing staff has to stay with her while she is here, so they can not attend their other patients while they are here with my mom and all the nurses have mentioned to me that this place is constantly like this. I think with the amount of money people pay for this type of therapy that they can afford to have the one thing that helps their customers and that’s a radiation machine that works. It break down constantly!!! Not recommended to anyone! Find another radiation place that has a machine that works!
