Texas Medical Diagnostic

My PCP sent me to Texas medical diagnostics for a sleep study. The front desk staff were friendly but this place is extremely disorganized. I did my sleep study at home, but my PCP was informed that I’d declined to have the sleep study. I’ve received a bill for a date that I’d never received services (I sent proof and have called multiple times but have yet to hear that the matter is resolved). I had my cpap sleep study ⁵⁄₄ and was told that results would be received within 7 – 10 days. I called weekly after not hearing anything and was told that the prescription was sent to my PCP but they’ve gotten no response. I contacted my PCP and was advised that nothing had been sent and that they called TMD to provide a different fax number but again hadn’t received anything. This went on for at least 3 weeks and I called today to find out that they received the signed prescription yesterday (no notification) but it hadn’t been sent to a DME company. I asked Diana if I was to initiate contact or should the DME call me. She said that I should receive a call but gave me the phone number for Mid Cities Medical supply. She told me that the prescription had been sent but ended with «give them 15 minutes before you call so that the prescription can show on their server aka she just sent it over. If referred here, please request a different sleep study center and spare yourself the disorganization and lack of quality care.
