I don’t do much grocery shopping here; the selection is poor and dusty, and a little pricey. They do, however, have a little food counter where I have enjoyed their caldo de res when feeling sick. They have some other things there that look pretty good and the prices are right. If you don’t speak any Spanish at all it might be a little tough to order, but with some charades and pointing you’ll probably do fine. The food is very fresh.
