The reviews for this subway are kind of disappointing. I went there tonight and the two guys working were very good and they worked really well together. That was probably the quickest I have ever gotten my sandwhich. I will definitely be back and now prefer this shop rather than the one by my house.

Not in this case, this particular Subway is definitely sub par. The facts… Half the restaurant looked like it was closed at 7PM Saturday evening(chairs on the tables — see pic attached). I understand why they did it(half the mess to clean up at the end of the night), but I almost didn’t go into the restaurant because I thought they were closed. And I think some people saw the chairs from the drive(in front of the restaurant) and drove off thinking the location was closed as well. Weird customer service. Look… I’m not expecting the Ritz at Subway. All I expect is a variation of the uncaring«Welcome to Subway.», «What sandwich would you like?», «Thank you, come again.» and a tiny bit of care about how they set up the sandwich. Thats it. What did this place give me? The first thing said to me was«Whatcha want?», then my sandwich was put together sloppy(meat just thrown on the bread not arranged neatly at all — heck, some of the meat was falling off and not fixed), and finally after finishing the transaction the person just walked off. Yep, swiped the card, asked if I wanted the receipt and walked off to the back. I said thank you before they got very far and got a thank you in return(but I swear I wouldn’t have gotten one if I didn’t say anything). So if the employees are trying to sabotage this restaurant they are doing a fine job because I won’t come back and considering the many other Subways around I would suggest you go to another location instead(the employees at the Melborne location are way better).
