Good storage units and great customer services! Ive rented a storage unit from the same company in Arlington and the cost there was more reasonable. That would be my only issue, but other than that I’d still recommend these storage units.

The service I received was beyond my expectations and being I work in customer service, I expect a high level. Before I arrived, the rep had already called me (and I was only 2 miles from the site) and was ready to assist me. She did everything possible to help me get my items moved, and made the entire process easy. Her service was above and beyond excellent. She absolutely made my day… and with everything going wrong that day, I needed something to go right. I highly recommend this company and the representative.

I love Storage Choice. The ease of use includes 24 hour operation, a flat bed cart to help me load my stuff, and a helpful staff ready to solve my problems — that is if I’d had any problems at all. I would recommend this facility to a friend.

When I arrived to move in to my storage unit and do all the paperwork, Jane was really friendly and helpful. She made sure that I knew where to go to find my unit and use the gate system. My storage unit wasn’t on the first floor so I had to use an elevator to move my stuff in and out but this wasn’t a hassle. Why? Because they provide flatbed trolleys for you to load your stuff on! I loved this aspect of the facility because it made a world of difference while moving my things. It would have taken twice as long without it. When I got to the storage unit, it was swept and very clean. The facilities are very well taken care of. I will be returning to Storage Choice on Bryant Irvin next year.
