I love to produce great food, whether it’s BBQ or one of our many catering functions where we prepare custom menus for the events. I have the perfect staff to handle any size function for 20 to 20,000, we’ve done it. BBQ is a passion of mine, and I enjoy to see smiles on people’s faces when they try our BBQ for the first time.
