The tour guide told me I didn’t need to worry about taking pictures using my iPhone, because he will take pics using his phone and send them to me. He never did. I called the office and left a voicemail with my information requesting the pictures but they never sent them or called me back. All of this trouble even after a $ 10 tip that he clearly didn’t deserve. Lastly, the path was very dangerous. there were two accidents.

cameron was a great tour guide and trinity park is delightful. we really enjoyed riding after we got the hang of it. me and my 83 yr old dad. we had a great time. would do it again.

Before I did the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens tour I had no interest in riding a Segway. I always thought that the people riding them always looked so dumb. After about 30 seconds on the Segway i couldn’t possibly have cared less about how I looked, it was too much fun. Now I just have to convince my wife to let me buy a Segway for myself.
Our tour guide, Emily, was great. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable she was regarding the Gardens and she was very friendly and personable.
Next time I’m in town I’m going on the Trinity Trails tour as I just can’t pass up the opportunity to have this much fun again.

My adult sons and I did the Botanical Gardens Segway tour today. Two of us had never touched a Segway before. Our guide, Emily, gave each of us an individual tutorial and had us feeling comfortable and safe immediately.
It was an absolute blast! We were playing, laughing, and learning about the gardens all at once. It felt like we’d ridden Segway for years!
I can’t wait to book another trip to introduce my wife to the fun.
This is great, «something different» sort-​of– thing that shouldn’t be missed!

We had a great time on our tour of West 7th/​Trinity Trails this weekend. Our guides, Angel and Richey, were very accommodating and did a great job training our group and making sure we all had a great time. Our large group ranged in age from 14 – 67 and everyone enjoyed it. At the end of our tour, the owner, Dan, was even there to make sure that everything went ok and that we all had a great time. The customer service was fantastic! We will be back to try out some of the other tours that they offer (Stockyards and Botanical Gardens).

It was very easy to sign up. The guide was friendly and had a lot of fun. If you have never ride a segway before this could be a great chance to get out, try it and in the process get to know the nice Grapevine areas.

This is a definite must do event. The segways are very easy to use, get great instructions about their use and Omar was an excellent guide. Did the Trinity Trails tour, a private tour, best way to go for even a small group, there were 3 of us, all first timers. Will be back for the Stockyard tour. So much fun.

I highly recommend doing this is you are visiting or even if you just live here. This is a great think outside the box activity. I got a deal on a tour of 7th Street and the Trinity Trails. So much fun! The company is also well run, the tour guide called me back when I wanted to reschedule and called me to remind me of the tour. I think that’s great customer service and it shows that they really wanted me to come to the tour, not just take my money.

Okay… first thing I thought of when I was told about us being booked for a Segway tour last week was the movie Mall Cop with Kevin James. Upon leaving DFW to return to LV I proclaimed the tour as the highlight of the long Thanksgiving weekend. We did Trinity Trail/​River with a group of six and really enjoyed our first experience. Omar did a nice job guiding the tour and we are hoping to return in the near future to do the Stockyards tour.

A group of five of us did the Segway tour of Botanic Gardens and we had a blast. It was lots of fun and easy enough for beginners. Dimples and Freckles were so helpful and fun to hang out with. WE highly recommend Segway Ft. Worth.
