Ruddock Dwight DDS

Great Dentist, but incompetent front office. I’ve been going here for about a year and I absolutely love Ruddock. He’s nice, knowledgeable, and really cares about your teeth. His facilities are out to date, but I can deal with it because he’s a good dentist. Unfortunately, his front office is incompetent. His secretary is too «busy» to send you reminders about your dentist appointment, and she’ll change your appointment without telling you. For example, I had an appointment at 1 pm last week. I called to confirm a few days before. When I got to the dentist at 1 pm, I wasn’t seen for over 40 minutes. I asked why (since I was on my lunch break), and she told me that my appointment wasn’t until 2 pm. It turns out that she changed it without informing about it because of a «scheduling conflict». I am super annoyed with them.
