We’ve ordered 3 times over the last 5 – 6 years and could not be happier. Customer service was excellent(I’ve dealt with Rachel 2x and she was great) and the quality of our uniforms is by far the best we have ever purchased. Our last set of jerseys arrived a week earlier than expected! All that said, I read Randall’s review and wonder what the whole story might be… we have never experienced anything like he shares and I know another team that has been very happy too. Oh well, Rover has been Great for us and we’ll be back.

I wish I could give this place no stars… HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. Just like another viewer on here, this place takes FOREVER to get anything done and are totally unwilling to try to help you out in any way or make you feel confident that your order will get done. Rachel was THEWORST! I placed an order and was told it would be «a few days» before they would get all the details confirmed and start my order and after 2 ½ weeks, the order had STILL not been started and they could not even come close to matching the 2 colors I requested. I am a professional graphic designer and when I mentioned having them match a PMS color, they wanted me to send a swatch INTHEMAIL!!! This place is just clueless. I would send e-mails asking questions and would get no response. When they did respond, I would respond right back and it would take another day or two for the next response. I finally decided to cut my losses and cancel the order and start over with another company who I knew could get the job done. I play in a league with 65 – 70 teams, one of the largest in the country and it could have been a good referral for them but I guess they don’t want or need the business! DONOTGOHERE!!!

I’ll start off by saying the product(full-dye jersey) is great as is the initial customer service when you place your order. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive review ends. When I ordered the product, their website advertised one price but when you went to actually order, they were charging another price. I politely let them know this and instead of honoring the advertised price, they quickly removed the ad from their website. This should’ve raised a red flag but I read all the positive reviews on Facebook and figured it was just a fluke. When I ordered, the website said four weeks production time from the time the artwork is approved. When I got the first email back with the artwork, it was still four weeks. Unfortunately, they missed some directions in the design our team wanted and they had to redo the artwork, costing several more days. When I got this artwork back, the time in the representative’s email signature had changed to five weeks production time. After waiting for over six weeks and not hearing anything from the company, I contacted them. I was told that our jerseys would probably be done the next week. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction and asked if there was any way we could get the shirts by the following Thursday as we were now four games into our season. The representative got back to me a couple of days later saying they’d call me to discuss shipping options if they were done in time and they’d throw in some free t-shirts. I said to keep the shirts as I was only concerned about getting the product I ordered by the following Thursday. Late in the afternoon on the following Wednesday, I was contacted by someone in shipping. As a customer, I was thinking they were going to bend over backwards as they say they will on their website to make this right. Unfortunately, the phone call was simply to ask if I wanted to upgrade the shipping at my cost. They didn’t even to offer to split the difference with me on next day air! So, we started with a four week production time and they ended up getting the jerseys done in seven weeks! I have them in hand at about eight weeks. I’ve found a couple of reviews on Yellow Pages online dated around mid-May that all say the same thing as I’ve just expressed here. In summary, excellent product but they don’t live up to the promise on their website to bend over backwards for you. The customer service was very good when I placed the order and immediately afterwards but there was no follow-up to let you know that they were behind and to give you an update. No effort(other than a few free t-shirts) was made to even meet me in the middle and make me a satisfied customer. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this transaction as I came in with such high hopes for a great experience. Unfortunately, in the end, I couldn’t wait for the experience to be over.
