Pump It Up of Fort Worth

Unorganized. I held a party for my two ear old and other toddlers between 2 and 4 yrs. The staff was very unorganized and did not know which rooms we should be in. They also rushed us from room to room causing the group to finish over 30 minutes before time was up.
I told the management of the problem and they did not seem to care or offer a solution even though we spent over $ 400.00 for the small party.
The trampoline parks in both Fort Worth and Hurst have always offered much more, are bigger, cheaper, nicer, and will work with you to make sure kiddos are having good, safe fun.
…my child loves the trampoline parks now and we go there.

Not a good Time, Threw cake on plates for the kids, had zero patience for it. Cake was a high end one like we always do Custom made. The price for adding 3 horrible pizza and two sodas was 50 bucks! Price gouging at its best. Pizza was cheap and tastes bad, not to mention it was a 5 dollar number. Two liter cokes are 2 bucks each at high store. So 50 bucks for 19 dollars of food. Plus if you want your own food. It’s an extra 75 on top of the inflated price to have the party there. With what I spent we could have had a much better time at Another place. Not to mention the staff in total was all under the age of 21. It seemed they needed adult supervision themselves. The one highlight was a young Man watching our party he was courteous and nice. He tried to make up for the horrible treatment by the manages and owners! Go there if you would like to waste your money and like to be price gouged!!! 365 dollars to learn a bad lesson!

Awesomeness!!! Great way for the kids to expend some energy! Using groupon purchase for 2 open jumps at $ 8, kids get to have a blast for 2 hours!

I have attended many birthday parties at Pump it Up, as well as hosted one for my child. I have had excellent experiences every time.
A friendly staff makes booking and planning the party extremely easy. From booking to the end of our party we had a wonderful experience.
The attentive staff takes care of the entire party: they entertain the children, watch them in the arenas for safety purposes, set up the party room, take care of everything in the party room, and clean up after.
It is evident that many of the inflatables have been replaced in the recent months, making the experience even better.
The overall cleanliness of the facility is great.
Every birthday party is personalized to the desires of the child and size of party. The child is the center of attention the entire party, and this is sure to make any birthday kid happy.
The arenas are private, meaning the only people in the arenas with you are people you invited to your party. This makes for a more personal party, with less chaos.
I would highly recommend a birthday party at pump it up to anyone.
Also they provide open jump, this takes place on weekdays for the most part. There is a minimal fee for 1 – 2 hrs of jumping. This is also a great way to get the Pump it Up experience, especially on a hot summer Texas day.
I am sure after attending anything at pump it up you will be satisfied with the family atmosphere and completely fun environment.

This was our first stop in Ft. Worth trip. I wanted to take the kids here since they had a groupon deal and they love indoor playgrounds. They have two rooms with diff jumpers, they have staff who monitor the room to let you know when time is up to move to the next room. The rooms can be a little musty, but kids enjoy jumping around. There is not really a toddler area, so I had to keep an eye on my 2 year old. There are really huge high slides on most of them.

Just had my daughter 6^th birthday party, all the kids that attended were under 6 years old, and they had an amazing time, so did the parents, it was a lot of fun, and the staff was super nice ! And so helpful they took care of EVERYTHING !!

We had always enjoyed Pump it Up off of Beach. the place was always cared for and was a lot of fun.
So we came in with high expectations but were really excited. 1^st off — we were told to have our kids there 15 minutes prior to the party so they could watch their safety video. Our Party start time was 4:45. So we made sure to tell our guest 4:30. We were told when we arrived they would start the video at 4:45. I would normally say this was my fault except I specifically asked when they called to confirm on Friday. Now we were told it was a 90 min party plus 30 minutes in the party room. When I got there I was told we would be spending 40 minutes in each room and 40 minutes in the «party room» That’s not what I paid for.
When we get into the room we start getting on the inflatables and notice that they are not as inflated as they should be. When you our kids step on them they almost touching the floor. upon further inspection you could see holes in the inflatables. We instantly told the attendant. The manager «Veronica» came in. She said they «were new and they would be fixed later» Well fixing later is not okay when our kids are playing on them now. I also mentioned the cleanliness of the location and her excuse for them not being cleaned was they «had back to back parties.» When my husband heard what she said he went to talk to her. They were not willing to do anything. My husband and I got upset because we had to sign a waiver saying we wouldn’t sue them if our kids got hurt yet their product was not up to standards. When I asked the attendant to then turn off the one that had holes in it he said we were about to switch rooms. So we switched rooms and those inflatables were no better. You could tell from the archway in the pictures they were not even standing up.
MY husband got really upset and they told him they could leave now and forfeit our $ 100 deposit or we could stay and they would give us 10% off. We opted to leave for the safety of our children. (Mind you they had a party behind us.)
Upon leaving Veronica was rude and didn’t offer any assistance. Our «hostess» Helped walk us to the car and when we thanked them and told them this had nothing to do with them the attendant stated, «I understand. If I had a kid. I wouldn’t let them play here either!»
I will never go back and I will fight them for my $ 100 deposit because they did not hold up to their end of the bargain. BUYER BEWARE!

Had a birthday party here for my 3year old Gbaby. She had a blast. The place was clean, party started on time (and ended on time:). Our host Jose was very helpful and was always there the whole time.
This is a place where there are rooms of inflatable jump stations. When you have a party, you get the whole room for you and your party goers, you do not share it with anyone else. That was really cool.
I would use thie place again. The concept is really good, and the most important thing to me was the kids were safe and had a great time!

Great place to have a party! They do everything for you I didn’t have to lift a finger. Facility is very clean and staff is amazing. The best part is the entire party is private and very safe.

My little cousins had their birthday party here. The party was set up that kids run loose in a room with giant inflatable structures, and then move on to another room with different inflatable bouncy structures. After the jumping time is up, everyone moves into the Party Room for pizza and cake.
I joined in and played with the kids when they kept challenging me to the obstacle course. I was leery at first: Am I allowed to go in those blow-​up things? Will I even fit? Basically, yes and yes. The inflatable play structures are pretty legit: they’re big, super reinforced, and the slides are big enough to even make me think twice about going down them. My husband was bummed because he didn’t think he’d be allowed to, but after conferring with a sign, the only size limitation was 74 inches in height. He’s 6’1″, so he was able to play with the kids without incident.
There were a few other pretty cool things about this place. First, they corral your shoes, coats, etc for you whenever you switch rooms. I also give Pump it Up props for refunding some of my cousin’s money when a number of their guests failed to show up, thereby decreasing the party package. The staff was also helpful about taking photos.
Advice: Wear long sleeves and pants or risk skinned elbows and knees!

For all the culture and museums that Fort Worth has to offer, it seriously lacks on things to do with a toddler. Now that it is August, it is getting too hot for us to get out to the zoo or parks for very long. This morning I was THRILLED to see that there is a Pump it Up near Rigmar Mall. I immediately packed up the little one and headed over there right when they opened at 10. They offer open play during the week from 10am-​4pm. Since my girl is not quite 2 years old yet, admission was only $ 4. And for that $ 4 we got a lot of bang for our buck.
It was fairly empty when we arrived and she and I had full reign over a couple of the bounce houses. I wasn’t sure if adults were allowed in there and I was pleased to see some other grown-​ups get in there and play with their kiddos. The giant slide was thrilling to the little one but quite a workout for me to climb up an inflatable ladder while holding a toddler.
This was definitely a fun way to spend the morning with my girl and not worry about the extreme heat or having to slather her in sunscreen before going outside to play. I definitely recommend taking the kiddos here when looking for indoor fun.
Note: If it gets too crowded, they divide the kids up by age and put the little ones in one room and the older ones in the other. If you have a small toddler I would recommend going right at the opening or once all the bigger kids are in school because it can get a little rowdy.
Also, be sure to bring socks!

We had my daugher’s bday party here. The kids had an absolute blast.
It’s is basically a set of rooms with jumphouses in them. The party gets a certain amount of time in each room. Then they move to the party room for pizza and cake.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They even cataloged the presents for the kids.
The only downside is that it was a little pricey.

My daughter just finished two weeks of Pump It Up summer camp. She had a blast and the had such a good program. Well worth the money. Magician, zooniversity, tied dying, crafts, movie, jumping, playing and super staff. We would sign up next summer for sure!

This is a great place for kids and adults. My grandson jus luvs this place. I enjoy the huge indoor slide and maze.
