I’ve been using OCS for years now. I’ve dealt with Oly, Richard and others. I’ve been through two server change outs, multiple new computers as well as computer replacements, they ran down a virus on my network, got rid of it and got me the correct protection. They are thorough, quick, fair price and great job. They know what they are doing. Also very responsive when I call, email or text. That’s all you can ask for!

The owner of On-​Site Computer Solutions, Mr Oly Graham responded to my questioning his exorbitant invoice by saying to me IN WRITING:
«I have personally dealt with your refusal to follow our advice — and then complain when issues represent themselves. We are professional — but we cannot fix stupid.»
And couldn’t stop there. in the next paragraph he resumes with, «Have a great life — your debt remains with us. I will be adding late fees of $ 25 per month should you choose the path you rant about. I have grown weary of your attitude toward myself and my staff. Feel free to have your attorney contact me personally at 817−975−1141 — and I am happy to sue you in small claims court if you would like to go that route. I have gone that route before with ignorant people, such as yourself. You expect everything in the world to be free and trouble free — it amazes me you can even type. Should you find the utopia existence you seek please share with the rest of us — we all admire your perfection and immense intellect. It amazes me personally, because it comes from such an ego-​centric, self-​aligned, ’ the universe revolves around me’ perspective of the world.»
I think anyone in their right mind, would not want to do business with such a class-​less, horrible excuse of a human being…
