Rude people, called to ask a simple question and the girl told me no and hung up on me. Not impressed at all customer service isn’t that hard

Ive been on several occasions for something fast and easy and I will say that I have never had a bad experience. Ive only been through the drive through and the service has been GREAT and my order is never wrong. I have to say that its probably the best experience ive ever had at any mcdonalds.

These people here that run the joint are lazy or dumb or inbred or all three. They can’t read to get an order right and don’t care. The black girl in the drive through needs a attitude correction. I didn’t make her get a job her it was her choice in life. They all need to get their act together or it going to be a long sad life at the bottom. Good service goes along way. Take a page from Chi-fl-la.

They have a play place and no family restroom? Not very thoughtful McDonald’s. Had to stop in the middle of a meal to take daughter to Kroger because they have a nice and clean family restroom. No more McDonald’s.

Very fast service considering this location is in a prime spot with little other food choices. This place is slammed with long lines, but can usher you out extremely fast. I’m not sure if they have extra pre made food or what, but the food is always hot and fresh. Food is on par with other locations. Customer service is excellent.

What do you expect from a McDonald’s other than stellar fries? We frequent this location with our kiddos and haven’t ever had a bad experience. Just a few annoyances: 1) It is always crowded and there is hardly ever a seat in the kids play area 2) the few times I have had to use the restrooms they were NASTY 3) the soda machines that are self-serve are often low on ice, the carbonation is low, or the area is sticky and wet 4) they have a self-serve ketchup pump that I find to be a little disgusting However, there are some pluses: 1) French Fries are delicious because … well … its McDonalds fries. Of course, the more salt on mine the better! 2) Delicious sugar cookies that are super cheap! 3) Large drinks are just a buck! 4) Quick dinner that keeps the kids happy and me from having to cook and clean the kitchen So … just go — you know you want to! You can’t avoid McDonalds forever — at least not while the kiddos are young! ENJOY!

I don’t ask much from McDonald’s…just get my order right and don’t forget the BBQ sauce! This McD’s does both and they are also friendly and polite.
