Unfortunately I was in need to return a package to the shipper on Nov 12,2013 .Max’s ez mail is near my doctor so I stopped in. Huge mistake. The older lady was so rude and asked me if I had ever shipped there before. I said no and she let’s out a huge sigh. She mumbles something about having to put me in their system. At that point she asks me for my name and address and since their are lots of ways to spell my name I told her my name and address is exactly the way it’s spelled on the package. She lets out another huge sigh. Now it become obvious that she is upset about something and is being rude to me intentionally. I took my package back and apologized if I did something to upset her. I will ship anywhere except there. I have never been treated so poorly before. I guess this business hates new business.
