I’m satisfied with there business but, not happy about it. Customer service is okay, manager Jackson is great(deserves to help run a smooth great business and not some rent to own store). Overall my experience with this store is a no no. If it wasn’t for the helpful customer service, I most likely wouldn’t have done business there. I needed a sectional for my new home and I saw one on their website that caught my eye. It was in used conditions but, I didn’t mind because, it went great in my living-room. I was told it was 599 $ plus tax, and at the end it came out to be $ 650. That is tax plus store fees(really store fees.). But at the end of the day it is after all sells, so its understandable. But if you are looking for great New furniture, I would check out Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony TX. Once I had stopped there for their soft opening, I wanted to cry with all the sweet deals they had there! Like my «used sectional» that was new at literally half the price(yeah, 359 $). But if you think it is a must to rent to own then ask for the manager Jackson. He will get you set up smoothly. Let this be your second option though.

Had nothing but headaches with this company our contract was with flexi which now they say they bought them however several months to get even a account number Every time we call to arrange payment they can’t find our account but sire can when there calling to bitch.

I initially had a contract with Flexi-Compras, and this company bought out the original holder of my contract. Master’s is saying that I now owe more than I do on my washer, dryer and refrigerator than what was originally stated on my initial contract. I also had a payment schedule with the original company that mirrored my paydays and Master’s now calls and demands payments that are not according to that schedule but their own and threaten me to either borrow money or they will come and pick up my appliances. *Not this location but the one on Spring Valley in Dallas* *If you want to get bad customer service and be robbed then go right ahead, otherwise stay clear of ANY Master’s tvs and appliances*
