History

Established in 2010.

KFS began due to buget cuts and layoffs. Toni Allison, Executive Director of Knowledge For Success is a successful business owner herself. After ⁹⁄₁₁ she decided to create a program, New Quest, that would help foks start their own business. This program was brought up to date in the year of 2003. This program was housed within another company.

After 7 successful years helping others start their businesses and become successful, she could not let the program and much needed information be lost due to budget cuts.

Hence, Knowledge For Success, a 501-​C3, non-​profit organization was born.

Within the first two years KFS has grown enough to move to a new larger location. Not only does KFS offer the help you need, but also event space, a Co-​op Office, office space and meeting space that can be rented by the hour or more.

The vision is to offer space at a price a small business, including home-​based businesses, can afford whether it be using an office or conference room.

Toni A.

Business Owner

Toni Allison is an award winning self-​made woman and entrepreneur herself. She launched and run successful businesses in the hospitality, retail, service, and health industries.

Now the Executive Director of KFS, Ms. Allison, has taught over 30 sessions of her core program, known as New Quest. She also leads networking groups, offers one-​on-​one counseling and teaches on indiviual classes on topics that help business owners.

As a much sought after popular speaker, Ms. Allison shares her «practical» knowledge of business development by speaking to chambers of commerce, trade and service organizations, conferences-​local and state, and entrepreneurial programs at TCU, TWU and UT-​Arlington.

Her experience and expertise are utilized by the TCU Neeley School, SBA and TCC-SBDC.She’s also been a judge for the Women’s Business Council-​SW Business Plan and TCC Win-​R Interview Competitions. Her passion for small business owners has earned her numerous awards and accolades, including Great Women of Texas.
