Klassic Kleaners

I love this place. I am new to Fort Worth and tried many cleaners, including the one ranked highest in a local magazine. I paid $ 3.80 per dress shirt there and not only did they come out not looking so good, but even came back with buttons missing. So I shopped around and found Klassic. I now take my dress shirts here on a weekly basis and am so happy. They have the best price, friendly service, and my shirts look great! Trust me, I am pretty picky when it comes to my dress shirts, some would say OCD about it, Lol! :-) But I really am happy with this place! It is also pretty convenient for me to get to. Not as close to me as some of the others I’ve tried. I simply exit the Chisholm trail at Overton Ridge, take the road behind Target, and you’re there! It is worth the extra couple of minutes out of my way! Hey, then I can stop at Costco to get gas! That’s pretty worth it too!!!
Oh! And it is all drive through which is really awesome!

The most helpful and friendly staff and amazing prices!

The convenience and price of this place (they have lots of coupons and discount days) was a huge plus, but I recently had a less than stellar customer service experience and doubt I’ll be back. I was quoted $ 9 for a hem on some brand new trousers, and when I picked them up, was told I had to pay over $ 13 because they automatically dry clean alterations unless I request otherwise. Poor communication and they gal did nothing to remedy the situation when I expressed concern over not having been told of this policy. You get what you pay for, I guess. Too bad.
