I had a foil highlights, color and cut. It was okay. The color was a bit darker that what I had and the highlights a bit brighter, but I was switching salons since I just moved to the area, so I suppose it is hard to do an exact match. The layered cut looked awesome after Kris curled it, unfortunately, I could not duplicate it at home. The layers look okay, but I wish I’d kept it all one length. The cost for all of this was quite pricey…$ 175 no including tip. Yikes. Overall I am okay with my hair, but feel I overpaid.

Run don’t walk away from this salon! Poorest customer service I have ever experienced! I made an appt. a week in advance for Dec. 21st… I received an email confirmation as well as a phone call confirming my appt. the day before. I arrived on time and after waiting 20 minutes finally asked the receptionist how much longer. To my shock she answered an hour and 45 minutes!!! I was told the customer a head of me wanted more services done than she made an appt. for so my appt. was totally ignored! This was my third appt. in 6 weeks with Joann so I wasn’t a newbie. I was not called ahead of time and if I hadn’t asked the receptionist I would never have been told. To make matters worse I was leaving the following morning to go out of town for the holidays so there was no time to reschedule or go to another salon. I had to go through the holidays with my hair looking horrible because they did not care enough to honor my appt.
