Jimmy johns staff slow down and make my sandwich right. How you can make two orders one after another incorrectly? First one you gave me mayo instead of avocado spread although order clearly states my choice. Second I ordered whole wheat bread and received white ! What’s so awesome about being freaky fast when order is incorrect?

The food is what it is, it’s not great it’s not bad it’s good. But the service is freaky fast, anytime I’m in a hurry for a quick lunch something somewhat healthy but fast I can always depend on their drive through or even walking in and getting out of there faster than you can drive through most places these days. It truly is still fast food and I greatly appreciate that. They also deliver.

Really slow drive thru service. I had to wait about 20 minutes and they offered no apology. The food was good, but if you’re in a hurry, don’t go to this location.

This location of jimmy John sucks so much. The service is ridiculous, the way they make their sandwich is ridiculous. The drive thru worker around 7−9pm got an attitude problem. Monotone rude ass voice. They didn’t even give us a receipt of like $ 50+ bucks and we had to ask for it. Took them like 3 minutes to print it out. The Sandwiches were okay but whoever made the California club –____– why yall always forget my avocado? ALWAYSFORGET! ALWAYS! And when yall don’t forget, it’s barely there! Like ¼ of a teaspoon. Ridiculous!

Sandwich was great, full of flavor and as I requested. Until I found the 12″ hair in it. Then I look around and no employees are wearing hair nets. Sorry guys, I’m bald this isn’t on me.

I dropped by to get a sandwich on the way home. I’m not too familiar with this sandwich shop but they advertised«gourmet» sandwiches so I thought they would be a step above the typical«Subway» sandwich. I ordered the turkey/cheese/avocado/lettuce/mayo. It sounded delicious but I was extremely disappointed when I got home to unwrap and eat my «gourmet» sandwich. The turkey was dry, the shredded bits of lettuce was brown and the guacamole was all but nonexistent and no mayo. Wish I would have taken a picture. I also have to add the staff were far from helpful or welcoming. Waited for my sandwich… the young man pointed to a sandwich located atop the high counter and said… that’s yours. No…“thanks for your business” or «come back soon.» I felt as if I was an inconvenience to the establishment :-(

Last Thursday(8÷27÷15) I placed an online order for two sandwiches. After 30 minutes had gone by, my sandwiches had not been delivered yet. Thinking that was out of character for a Jimmy John’s, I called the store. Some girl answered, and when I told her I was calling to check on the status of my order, she simply said that it was delayed. She was not friendly or apologetic. She did not ask me when I had ordered, what my order number was, where the sandwiches were suppose to be delivered too. All she said was that they were delayed and that my order should be there in 10 – 15 minutes. Another 30 minutes goes by. At this point I have waited a hour to get my sandwiches. I call the store again. Another girl answers and she tells me that she just walked into the store and does not what is going. She did ask for my order information and she did explain that they were short-staffed and only had one driver delivering orders. Now I understand that situations arise where a restaurant is short-staffed. But the manager or supervisor or whoever was in charge of the store could have called me and let me know that my order was delayed instead of me calling twice. In fact my phone number and email are included with the online order. They even could have sent free cookies or coupons with the delivery guy so he could apologize in person about the delay. After this happened, I was not planning on writing a review. BUT yesterday, I went to Subway(located at 3088 Basswood Blvd #100, Fort Worth, TX76137) and had a terrible experience there as well. I chose Subway, because I did not want to deal with Jimmy John’s and the lack of customer service. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot find a sandwich shop near me with adequate customer service. I think Jimmy John’s and Subway need to set up and become better than mediocre. Almost all of the fast food places around where I live are subpar with customer service. So I would think that it should not be too hard to rise above the rest and become better at customer service. I almost never write reviews, but this is disappointing and extremely frustrating. I will not eat at either Subway nor Jimmy John’s located near me again. «The price of greatness is responsibility.» — Winston Churchill

As previous reviews have said, good sandwiches but AWFUL staff, particularly the drive through girl named Sierra, who appears to be the same short haired minion referenced in earlier reviews. How is she still employed? I pull up to the drive through, and am met with no greeting except for a put out sounding«Order when you’re ready.» I reply«Hi, I’ll take a #3 Totally Tuna». She replies with a fast and muffled order total that I can’t understand, and says to pull forward. She then opens the window and says«11.xx». I politely reply that I only ordered a #3, to which she shortly replies«but I thought you had 2 [other sandwich is named, don’t remember]»…I reply no, and repeat my order. She then looks really annoyed, sighs, and lets the window slam shut on me. Window eventually opens, she gives the correct total, and I pay. Still no apology or other words at this point. After waiting longer, she opens the window and hands me the sandwich without saying anything. No goodbye, have a nice day, anything. She just blankly stared at me, and the window slams shut again. Worst service ever. I’m also pretty sure that I’ve had a rude experience from her before, but unfortunately don’t recall the details. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate next.

It’s a bummer they don’t deliver to my office but they do have a drive through! I always order online and then pick up just in case it’s busy. My order is always correct and I’ve never had a issue with quality. I love the lettuce wraps instead of bread.

I like this place, there are a lot of really inexpensive options on their menu. My wife does not care for their baguette style bread and prefers which wich’s bread, or lack there of. But everyone has their own tastes. I prefer their slim sandwiches, and their prices are much cheaper

Great sandwiches but unfriendly staff. Especially the short haired girl. I honestly think she would rather be anywhere but at jimmy johns working… or maybe she just hates everyone???

Not what I expected. Subway is equal or better. Fire house and Quiznos are better to me.

Most of the staff was unfriendly and in a bad mood. I felt afraid to ask for any help about anything. Their sandwiches are better than Subway but not near as good as Which Wich or Jersey Mikes. I don’t know. This place is more liked by my son than me.

This location is a 5 star in my book. Has a drive thru which is great and very fast. Food was fresh and the service was excellent. They also have plenty of delivery vehicles and are known for very fast delivery. Highly recommend this location.

I was a fan of Jimmy Johns until… I realized I couldn’t hear the people I was eating with over the staff yelling their life stories in a sound-unfriendly building. So, we moved outside to the 95 degree heat. I enjoyed peace at the cost heat which was great, until the employee assigned to windex the windows coated us and our subs with no-streak cleaning solution. Subs are decent, but definitely go drive thru and eat in your car. I’d give it a 2.3 if there was such thing but Unilocal forces us to round.

Just moved to the area and made our first trip to Jimmie Johns this evening. We pulled up right at closing and when my husband walked in they had already put everything away and cleaned up. He told them not to worry about it and went to walk out but they insisted that he stay and order. He felt so bad and continued to try and leave but the employees really insisted that he allow them to make something for him. Now that is good service! He stayed and they made two great sandwiches. But we were really impressed by their willingness to work and satisfy the customer. We WILL be back!

I like Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I appreciate their cleanliness and fast service. The only thing I would change is the music. It’s always too loud and you can’t hear yourself and others talk. Turn down the music!

Nothing special about the sandwiches. Standard subs. One thing that stands out is that the subs are methodically constructed. Very neat and tidy with hardly any fixings hanging out beyond the bread. Oh yeah, it’s also disturbingly fast delivery. It like they have the technology from minority report, but they use it to figure out that I want roast beef ten minutes from now.
