Rude employees, was ignored when I asked for help then the lady whom checked me out insulted me by saying I was too young for a jcpenny credit card once I told her«thanks but no thanks I have enough credit cards» she then insisted on making me sign for one right after insulting me lol what? You can’t offend me and then ask me a favor –_–

Finally found some curtains for the house. They have a wide selection to choose from made it very hard to decide. The clerk was very helpful but had some computer problems. Needed to order a longer size curtain which they don’t carry much in 95″.

I’ve been a die heart Penny’s shopper, but today I was every disappointed in them. I was shopping when I found a pretty good deal. I was in the clearance section cause that’s how I roll start there then move around. I got my items, went to check out and the items rang up full price. So I told the lady that I got the items off the sales rack. So another lady went to check I tried to tell the lady where I got them from, she didn’t seem to care. She came back and said that only the bottoms where on sale. There’s no way that was true because the whole area was their sales part. You wonder way you’re in the buying you’re in. You’re not posting true prices and not honoring what you signs say. Good Luck cause you’re about to lose another loyal customer!

The Sephora inside of this location is awful. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I called ahead to make an appointment to get my makeup done. I was told that there was an event going on where I could get my eye makeup done. The sales person on the phone said just come up to the store and that I didn’t need an appointment. When I got there the lady at the counter was rude and told me that I must have been mistaken. I had a special event that evening, that’s why I called several hours before and she acted like I was ruining her day by asking. I will not be going back to this store, I will stick with the real Sephora locations.

ok @JCPenney… you’re doing much better! the style quotient has gone up without exploiting the price point of your goods. so now, when i have a choice of somewhere to shop, you are definitely in the list. we appreciate your commitment to quality and EQUALITY without taking advantage of our wallets for the pleasure of being respected.
