Bad bad service. This Regina is very very rude.. And the manger is where is looks like there employee is in the parking lot selling drugs or drink beer.. How do I know it’s a Jack employee. I can see his uniform. This place by all means. AVOID

just left steak and shake where we got no service. then went to jack in the box. had the new cheddar and onion buttery jack and nacho fries… omg. yum.

I have to give Jack in the Box an update I gave them 1 star back in 2011. Time flies will I have been back a few time since because this JB is the closest to me. And they put out coupons for breakfast sandwiches. I only go to the drive thru which has better service then the inside dining room. And I have been going for breakfast like I said coupons. The employees working the drive thru have been very nice and friendly and the food has been hot. They must have new management that is training customer service. I have not been inside in a while so I’m not sure if they have gotten better. So for now I will stick with the drive thru.

I haven’t been to a Jack in the Box in 10 years. We are visiting the area. It was nice to have Jack in the Box, but the experience was«meh». Nothing particularly fancy. Not overly clean, but the food was at least tasty.

Well now I know where management skills go to die. I’ve had bad service before but this store pretty much tops them all. We live in the neighborhood and have long gaps between our visits. We keep hoping that the huge turnover of the staff would correct the problems one day but not yet. In over 10 years, the service has not gotten better which tells me this is a management issue causing the problems. This is not just the shift management but all the way to the top management. If the management does not care about the customers then why should the staff. The employees could care less about the customers. Often they just stand around and chat completely ignoring the customers. Many times they are in the back laughing and cutting up acting like they were at home or a party. Several times we have just walked out because no one would even acknowledge that we were even there. The food is hit or miss on if it will be worth eating or not. Usually breakfast is good but the burgers are usually a hockey puck. Hopefully someone at corporate will see this review and maybe do something about this situation. I like Jack in the Box and really wish I could go to the one in my neighborhood. I know this is a fast food restaurant but there is no excuse for the complete lack of professionalism.

Jack in the Crack is not bad if it’s 9pm and you still haven’t had dinner, you’re tired… it’s too late to cook and you don’t have time for a sit down restaurant… OR you’re on the road. Last night I stopped by and tried the spicy chicken sandwich… it was surprisingly crispy, white meat, and had fresh lettuce and tomato. The guy at the window was super friendly, got my order right and made sure to include a straw, napkins and my fries were HOT. ++++ if you ask me in the world of fast food.
