History
Established in 1976.
Family owned & operated by same family for almost 40 years. The late Johnny Jones and Son, Mark A. Jones started the business in 1976 and is now solely run by Mark who has been working at Hickory Stick since he was 14 years old. He has perfected the art of smoking all his meats over the many years. Customers come from miles around to try the award winning tender, slow cooked smoked brisket and dry rubbed pork ribs.

Business Owner
Mark Jones started working at Hickory Stick BBQ from day one on August 12, 1976, with his dad, the late Johnnie Jones. He learned all his meat smoking tips from his dad and has perfected it over the years. He is the only one that cooks the meat to ensure that his product meets customer satisfaction. He has made this business into what it is today because of his dedication to making sure he serves only the best. His motto has always been, «You’ve tried the rest, Now try the best!»
