Excellent food! It’s hard to find a really good buffet with home style cooking. This place is it! I highly recommend going for breakfast over the weekend. Home style pancakes, biscuits and country gravy, and a good choice of Mexican breakfast foods as well. My wife loved the menudo and chorizo eggs. Not only is the food great, the atmosphere is exceptional. Well above average.

Glad we took a chance on this place — pretty much because of the good reviews. Home cooked foods on a good sized buffet. The chicken fried steak was greatness! Catfish, meatloaf, pot roast, smothered steak, sausage, plus lots of tasty veggies — spinach, carrots, fried okra, sweet potatoes, corn… Yum! Salad bar & dessert too! Cost??? Try $ 10.50

Went here for lunch on a Saturday, Very disappointed. It was a lunch buffet and there was nothing on the buffet line except some dried chicken ! Over half of the line was either empty or had little to nothing in there. Had to hunt down someone that worked there to even get some water !!! Left dissatisfied with the food and the service.

For some reason they start pulling down the breakfast buffet before 11 on Sunday. So, if you are looking for brunch, get there by 10… very disappointed. Management my want to consider leaving breakfast out until noon on Sunday.

I usually avoid buffets but this one is not to be avoided. Everything is super fresh and owner is constantly monitoring the food telling her employees what needs to be changed. If u don’t see it on the buffet just ask and they’ll make it for you! Excellent place!

Very good food on the buffet. Had the cook come out and provide us the option to use her make us anything fresh off the buffet. My wife was looking to have chicken noodle soup(which was not the soup they had today) but the cool offered to make some… fresh. Ten minutes later, put comes the cool with homemade chicken noodle soup that was out of this world. Deserts were plenty too!

Wow, this place is not fancy but the food is great. Have been here for breakfast twice now and was not disappointed. We got the buffet and the choices are good. Food is hot and does not. taste like regular buffet food. Definitely have to come for lunch sometime!

If you don’t check out this place you are missing out on some fantastic food! They are only open for breakfast and lunch, but they tend to be pretty packed during peak times. The food is so good! Home cooked variety is great on the buffet and big drinks. Wait staff is very friendly!

Clean, super friendly and great food. You’ll need a wheelbarrow to get you out if you stuff your face like I did. The Lunch Buffett was excellent ! I’ll be back, and in greater numbers.

They have a decent breakfast buffet and some of the best coffee that I’ve ever tasted. The staff is extremely friendly. The price is good for what you get. Their menudo is great!

Set in the middle of the junkyard district, this is a place you might give a pass to – if you didn’t know how yummy the food is, how spotless the restaurant, and how friendly the people are. The food is tasty and plentiful, the salads are fresh and crisp, the desserts are(depending on your sweet tooth) about what you’d expect. Go for the hot cobbler, and top it with the soft-serve ice cream. Located just down the street from Meacham International Airport and a short drive from the Stockyards, this is a joint worth visiting. We’ve been there on several occasions at different times of day and on weekdays as well as the weekend. The best time to go is during regular busy periods because the steam tables are kept full and rotated. PS I just have to say that they have the fanciest bathrooms of any buffet restaurant I have ever been in. :)

I recently decided to finally try this place I had driven by it several times but what a mistake I should have tried it sooner !! I went for breakfast and they had a buffet they have 4 different kinds if scramble eggs! What I love best us that they got my kind of comfort food Menudo(beef tripe in red sauce and hominy) & chicharron en salsa verde(pork skin in green hot sauce) !!! And best of all it’s less than $ 10 bucks! You can also order from the menu. Staff is very friendly!

This is a good southern homestyle buffet, they have a regular menu as well as the buffet, but I ordered the buffet. I stumbled upon this place. It is basically accross the street from a private airport. Friendly service and good honest food. The food was fresh and well prepared. I particularly enjoyed a pork pot roast sort of dish with carrots and potatoes. It was yummy. Peach cobbler was great too. The buffet was $ 7.99 plus tax and tip. It is a keeper.

Good southern homestyle buffet, all you can eat including the pie/cobbler! I have been there once for breakfast and twice for lunch. It seems they have chicken fried steaks, mashed taters etc every day, but they add other main courses on different days of the week. One day is was meatloaf that was really good, and the second time I went was enchiladas. The dessert aisle had 2 types of cobbler, apple and peach, and 4 types of pie, pecan, lemon, coconut and chocolate… $ 6.99 for the buffet, unreal! Bring your stretchy pants!
