Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth-Fossil Creek

Oh where to begin! First I think it’s important to know that whenever we need a hotel the Hampton Inn is our go-​to. We’ve stayed in several of them! The maid at this location couldn’t understand a word we said, (she didn’t speak any English), so we didn’t get the items we requested, (tea for example). The indoor pool was FREEZING cold so we were unable to enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, not as good as the other Hampton Inn’s. BLACK MOLD and mildew in the bathtub, (see the photos I posted). We could hear every single person in the hallway. I was afraid to place anything on the broken desk, (see photo from how the hotel staff tried to fix it due to a previous guest). I wish we would have never stayed at this location, waste of money and they ruined our weekend!

This place has a serious problem with noise at night.
To many doors slam. All the way to midnight.
Front desk takes several calls just to get hold of them. And hey do nothing. No clean towels at the pool. Just a bunch of dirty towels. The noise at night. The doors slamming. Unexceptable. The staff who’s works here should be ashamed. Find another place to stay. Anywhere. And the breakfast sucks. No bacon.

Good customer service, extremely clean and a great continental breakfast! I was very pleased that this was our hotel of choice for our travels! I was comfortable and had the opportunity to relax while staying there. My only question is: where do you hide the remote control to the television?

Just stayed here last weekend for a concert at the Stockyards and I was very impressed! My room was huge! It was very beautiful as well. Not a bad price for what you get either. The staff was very nice and helpful. The entire hotel was also very clean from what I could tell. The only thing that I have a complaint about was that the shuttle van did not pick us up where he said he would at the Stockyards. I happened to look around and see him down the road and had to run to catch up. Thank God I did or I would have been stuck there. Other than that, everything was great! Will be staying here again.

Absolute worst hotel experience of my life. The management here can not control the noise volumes from the guests.
I packed up my children and left the hotel at 12:30 am.

This Hampton Inn is fabulous! We came to stay here for the Cowtown Marathon. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was extra clean and the amenities in the room were fantastic!
We were leaving the hotel by 5 am and asked the staff if we could get some breakfast prior to leaving and they accommodated us by opening the breakfast early for the basics. Fully supported us!
The management here is top notch and I will be back to stay at this hotel again! Thanks for a great experience!

For our purposes, this Hampton Inn was great! We came in from Dallas for a show at Billy Bob’s. This location offers a Billy Bob’s weekend discount of $ 20. They also provide a free shuttle to and from Billy Bob’s, free hot breakfast, and free WiFi. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy access to 30 for sightseeing in the cultural district. Will definitely stay here again for any overnight trips to Ft. Worth.

Stayed at this hotel numerous times with ok service. Was charged different rates every stay. Tried establishing a set rate and was told no chance. I would suggest traveling a few blocks down for half the price and you are able to set a standard rate for numerous stays. Poor management.

Booked my stay over 3 weeks ago. I arrived. And was greeted well. After giving her my name. she could not find my reservation. Asked for my confirmation. I pulled up the saved email on my phone. Still could not locate my reservation. After several minutes. she decides to finally just get me in a room (I had requested the top floor when I booked) of course their were no rooms available on the top. I tried to pay with my husband’s credit card, and was told I could not do that. I get ready to give her another card with my name, and by some miracle my reservation shows up. and it’s pre-​paid with my husbands card! And that’s okay? WTH I still don’t get the top floor and by the sound of it. they have allowed some baby elephants to stay in the room above me

This Hampton rocks. Manager understands customer service.

If you are traveling on business or like to have reliable and fast Internet access, do NOT stay here. Horrible service. You will not get any work done here if you need Internet access. Talked to personnel here and they admittingly said they were aware but not enough people complained to do anything about it. Pathetic service. This is the 2^nd Hampton Inn to have this problem. I’m starting to wonder if I need to go to another chai and lose my Diamond status. Hmm?
