gets a 1 just because there wasn’t an option for zero stars. stay away from this hotel. i made my daughter a reservation at this hotel,(and now i will call hotels to check if a person 20 years of age will have any trouble checking in). when she arrived she was immediatley harassed about her age, more or less treated like a vagrant and asked to leave. kicking her to the street in an unfamiliar city, kicked out of a hotel that she had a reservation at, they had no trouble putting a hold on HER credit card for the reservation. and the only reponse i got from hilton was it does say on the website 21 and up. no concern for the way she was treated by the Hilton employee. i was able to get the room at a discounted rate, which i think is the reason she was strong armed into cancelling her reservation so they could resell the room for a much higher rate, which they did. because when i found out what was happening i called the hotel and was told that there was a problem with her age and if i wanted i could fax my ID to the hotel and they would put it on her folio and they could sell her a room, but that would have to be at the rack rate because she already cancelled her previous reservation… i hit the roof!

Great hotel, close to both Dallas and Fort Worth and they offer a free shuttle anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. Free breakfast till 10am and all the staff was great. There’s an independent shuttle for cowboys games that the hotel can sign you up for this 30 bucks per person round trip. Don’t waste your money, An über ride from the hotel to AT&T stadium is about 11 bucks each way for 2 people. The only complain I have about the hotels is the pillows. While the bed is great they need to get better pillows.

My family and I stayed here for one night and we were blown away by the great hospitality. The nuances are modern, clean and comfy! We enjoyed the refreshing pool all day and had dinner afterwards in DT. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel, which is complimentary by the way, and Joshua; he cooked and I believe was in charge of breakfast overall, was such a sweetheart! He was attentive and made sure everything was clean and up to par. Joshua deserves recognition for his hard work. He and Dominique kindly wished us a nice day on our way out to catch our flight. if I ever come back to Fort Worth, I will be looking forward to booking a room here again.

My family and I stayed for 10 days at this hotel. The hotel staff is very nice! The rooms are very spacious and cleaned 1 – 2 times a day. Fresh sheets and towels every day! The AC is awesome too for these hot Texas days. The free breakfast was better than expected– Everything from homemade waffles, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, and fruit. We were very impressed. Breakfast is served from 6am-10am too! The outdoor pool could use a little more attention– Needs a good scrubbing and daily skimming, but overall it was ok. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is new, but that’s the only good thing. For shuttle pickup at the airport, it’ll take twice as long as promised. The guy who picks you up at night won’t understand English very well. I made a comment that a car had been parked for over twenty minutes at the pickup area, and it took another five minutes to explain that no, that isn’t my car. I admit I’m spoiled. I booked a suite, and it’s your typical Hampton suite without the whirlpool like I had at another Hampton Inn earlier this week in southern California. My problem was the bathroom. The door opens so that there’s only an inch between it and the toilet. The water leaks on the floor from the shower. The metal frame is flimsy and easily moved. Breakfast is your typical Hampton Inn, so not the greatest. The cheese omelettes are frozen, reheated, and hardened. The bananas are really bruised, and the«fresh» fruit is really just canned grapefruit and pineapple. I had asked for a 1PM checkout upon checking in, and the front desk said this was fine. I asked regarding the airport shuttle, if there were specific intervals, or if l just go to the lobby. The lady said, «Just come down, we’ll take you there.» The next day housekeeping banged on the door at 12:20PM. I yelled through the door, «l have a late checkout!» I then got dressed and opened the door. I asked the housekeeper down the hall, «Do you need something?» She replied, «They just told us you have a late checkout.» I said, «That’s why there’s a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door.» She responded rudely, «Well they told us to check all the rooms.» On what planet do you knock on a hotel room when you know there’s a late checkout and there’s a DND sign on the door? The staff need retraining of Hilton’s policies. I called the front desk to check out and request a shuttle at 12:30. They said that the shuttle is only on the hour, contrary to the lady the night before. She said pickups are done as needed if l need someone to pick me up at the airport. Exasperated since I called from the hotel room directly, I asked, «What do you call it when I have to go one floor down to the lobby, meet someone, and they take me to the rental car center?» She replied, «That’s a dropoff.» As a Hilton diamond, SPG platinum, Marriott Gold, & Hyatt diamond member, I travel a lot. This by far is the worst airport hotel in terms of service. I realize they’re new but being rude and condescending is unacceptable. My one night definitely wasn’t worth 30,000 points! Edit: The manager gave me 2,500 points back, but considering I’ve received 7,000 points from a Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Worth for a broken bathtub(didn’t drain), my review remains the same.
