One of the better steaks I’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection and the filet absolutely melts in your mouth. Menu was full of modern takes on the steakhouse classics. Service was good as well. Great experience overall, excellent place for a date or a business dinner.

One of my favorite restaurants in FW downtown! We came here on the New Year’s Eve and everything’s amazing, the food, the drinks, the service… Just love it!!!

This was an unexpected find on a short business trip. I was wondering around looking for a small bite to eat and a glass of wine. It was the name and the presence of the exterior that lured me in. The interior is a clean lined, understated elegant with impeccable finish out. I took a seat at the marble bar with full-length windows. The bartender was attentive immediately, friendly and professional. I didn’t recognize most of the wines. It turns out their sommelier prefers small family vineyards. I elected for their cheapest Cabernet. It was incredibly good for the price point, especially given the markup of the area. After looking at the wine lists of four star restaurants across the street, I’m convinced I would have paid twice as much for wine less exceptional. I opted for the steak tartare with quail egg from the bar menu. This dish was hands down the best tartare I have ever had. Beautiful capers added a lovely slight pepper finish that was perfect with a Cabernet. I wished I had an appetite to sample more. I asked the bartender if the rest of the food was as incredible. He said it was, and, looking at the dishes of the patrons around me, I cannot wait to come back and sample more! I stayed at the Historic Ashton Hotel, almost directly across the street. I was really bummed that they referred me to a chain steakhouse just across the street from Grace, instead of to this gorgeous family-owned gem!

Disappointing. 3 couples prior to an event at Bass Hall. Two people ordered the set menu for Resturant week which was visually quite good. Combo of a perfectly cooked filet and a quite boring scallop on a potato cake with bland sauce… and one plate somehow lost in the kitchen which delayed the other diner’s meals. Ahi Tuna over cooked on a bed of bland celery root. Ravioli wagyu oxtail difficult to discern what was in the dish as it was more like a ragu of undetermined vegetables. Beautiful Resturant… will try again… perhaps the chef had not arrived yet as it was an early seating to accommodate our theatre outing.

This place has all the trappings and appearance of a great dining experience, the setting and service were great, but the food was just ok. The pre-dinner bread was dry, the stuffed filet a bit discordant and Brussel sprouts unremarkably flavored. The scallops, on the other hand, were excellent. Would like to see more attention and intent on consistently excellent cuisine.

Planned a private room board dinner for work here and loved it! Starters Fried oysters, crab toast and bacon wrapped dates(brought to us accidentally) were AMAZING Toad in a hole salad — different and delicious Main course I had the filet — good but nothing special The purée potatoes and asparagus were good The Brussels sprouts were great — but even better was the way the manager/server pronounced Brussels sprouts in a rambling voice! We made him repeat this! Desert Some type of caramel pudding with dulce de leche ice cream was delicious!

We came across Grace via Unilocal while visiting from Boston. Our server was very pleasant and informative/helpful with the menu. We started with a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon — the list is very plentiful with prices widely varying so there’s something for everyone. We split the Toad in the Hole salad, which they prepared on two separate plates for us. The prime strip with black truffle was outstanding. We had mac and cheese as a side but could have done without it — it was great, but the salad and steak were more than enough. Ended with a cappuccino and the butterscotch pudding — marcona almond crumble and salted caramel gelato. Perfect ending to an absolutely delicious meal. I would absolutely recommend Grace, especially if you’re visiting Fort Worth and are trying to avoid the nearby chain steakhouses.

The food was great one of the best steaks Iv had in a long time. The potatoes were okay a bit undercooked but it did not take away from the meal at all. It is a very classy restaurant everything was properly set up and and it I will go back but I do think they need to rethink the waitstaff and the wine prices.

My boyfriend and I came to Grace to celebrate my birthday and for restaurant week! Our waiter Tyler was attentive and paced the meal perfectly! The ambience at Grace is sleek and modern… Very romantic! We started out with the«seven» cocktail! Super refreshing and the spicy rim balance the drink! I would definitely order that again! I ordered the cod croquette for my first course. Brought me back to being a child when my mom would make salmon croquettes! Of course this one was way better! Joseph ordered the Tar-tar, of course he out ordered me! The kimchi really bought the dish to the next level! We opted to share the shrimp Capellini and I’m really glad we did! It was sooo much food! The sweet corn was so amazing! I have never tasted anything like it! For my main course I got the trout. When I say it was the most moist fish with a crispy skin I’m not over exaggerating at all! I have no clue how they cooked it! For our dessert we got one of each. The Butterscotch pudding blow our minds! I really wish we would have gotten two! The popcorn Panna Cotta was good, but not wow. I didn’t know I even liked butterscotch! I can’t wait to go back!!!

I liked this restaurant. The wait staff was very attentive and well informed, great atmosphere. The scallops are awesome! They are perfectly seared and sit on top of a really delicious potato croquette. My tortellini was interesting, I did enjoy the corn and fresh made pasta, but the filling inside the pasta was a bit strong for my taste. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the rub that was used was also overpowering. They gave me a complimentary chilled soup made with peaches and root veggies, if you liked chilled soup, you may enjoy it. It was very earthy.

Went to Grace for our anniversary. Our waiter was courteous, prompt and knowledgable. We ordered off the summer classics menu and found the portions to be ideal and the price reasonable. The fillet was«melt in your mouth» good with excellent taste. The scallop and crab cake also was outstanding. The meal was capped off with a shared dessert of chocolate hazelnut cake and ice cream that was very rich. We will be back.

So we checked in at the Hilton down Main and Papa Mike recommended Grace for dinner. His main suggestion of Japanese fried chicken — they were out. Took more than 29 minutes for one guest to get first glass of tea The first order of beer on the menu– they were out. First round of appetizers were on the manager. First round of drinks on manager. Edited to add: This review was from April 10, 2015.

In town visiting family, we had reservations for an Friday evening dinner and arrived an hour early to take advantage of the bubbles happy hour that we had seen advertised. We had seen Bubbles HH on both the website and the printed menu when checking to see the drinks that were available during that time. Once we were there, we tried to order a half bottle of sparkling wine and were told by the server — and the manager that she grabbed to prove her point — that they would not honor the prices on the menu and website. While we understand that prices change, the fact that they were both quite resolute in their intention to not honor the price advertised left a very bad taste in our mouths. The hostesses at the front were quite helpful in cancelling our reservation once we moved our dinner reservation over to Del Frisco.

Located in one of the third largest skyscrapers in Fort Worth, Grace provides an elegant atmosphere with exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. I came here with a food writer as part of an overall Fort Worth progressive dinner and I was blown away by the food. We tried the staples of the Scallops, lamb chops and bacon wrapped shallots. Highlight of the night was the Yamazaki whiskey, if you havent tried it, its a must try. Scallops over Potato pancakes were prepared delicately and easy to bite into but the potato pancake was a little too thick taking over the scallop. I ate them both separately. The lamb chops with a berry sauce was prepared medium and tasted wonderful even if they could have gone lighter on the sauce. Overall a wonderful date night or business dinner place.

I was looking for a nice restaurant to have dinner with friends before we went to a play at the Jubilee Theatre. This place seemed a perfect candidate: upscale, nicely varied menu, and most importantly, it was only two blocks away! So I called, spoke with a very nice woman who accommodated our reservations. We arrived about 5 minutes late, no worries though, it wasn’t terribly crowded just yet. I noticed immediately how friendly the staff was. My party of three was lead to our table, and since our turnaround time was gonna be just about an hour, we informed our server that we’d be ordering our main entrees sooner than later. She was very kind, got the drinks out and took our food orders quickly. The food was absolutely delicious, even if sometimes just a smidge salty. It was still delicious! The presentation was beautiful too, wihch I always love(especially if the prices are kinda… well, pricey.) But in this case, the prices were in line with the service, quality of the food, and the atmosphere of this well-appointed space. Black Bass, Fried Oysters(w/Cream of Wheat & Spinach! so so yummy!), Creamed spinach and kale!, Scallops over potato croquettes… all super flavorful. No complaints here. I really wanted seconds, but the portions are quite generous and I wouldn’t have been able to eat another bite even if they’d given them to us! The entire staff was attentive and kind without being intrusive. Commendable skill! Highly recommend this place if you’re in Downtown Fort Worth. Great to dine before hitting up the theatre, or even a romantic evening. This whole area is kinda charming for romance actually! Splurge and enjoy!

I had my birthday here last night. A party of 30 people. I had my own private room. Service was good but the food was okay. Small portion and it’s super expensive lol for the small portion. Don’t let the picture fool you. I rather go to Eddie V’s same price better food and bigger portion. Drinks were really good. I got mojitos and martinis. The restaurant is really nice. I would go back again and try other food.

I have eaten here several times and each time they have delivered big time. I have eaten at the bar and in the dining room. Grace is sleek and modern and would be at home in any large US city — definitely not a «well, it’s good for Fort Worth, but…» kind of thing. The staff is excellent here. Friendly and very professional. I have had the burger and the steak frites. Both are on the bar menu and both excellent. The burger is made from meat that is ground in-house. It definitely has a fresh taste to it. The service at the bar is very good. The guys are quick with a drink and chatty if you want to have some conversation. My dining room visit was for a group of 5. The service in the dining room was impeccable. They service was fluid and seamless and there was always someone around refilling our wine glasses from the decanter our wine was sitting in. A few of us made modifications to our orders and they handled them all with a smile. My only complaint here was that the fries served with my steak were lukewarm. It took a while to find someone to get me more fries, but the replacement fries were excellent. Grace is a bit pricey, but it is an excellent dining experience and well worth it.

The purple neon glows from behind the dark glass of Grace, finding it’s namesake in it’s lascivious seduction, feels expensive if not tastefully retro 80’s. Handsome middle aged men’s friendly charismatic dollar dripping laughs and banter didn’t even prepare me for what appeared to be essentially a steakhouse menu with homemade pastas in the $ 35 range. If Fort Worth ever feels like Dallas it must be here in this alien egg of wealthy comfort and detailed suburban glamour. Even at the bar, in my smelly tank top I was welcomed with formal service, scratching my head at how I was supposed to conjur up a casual meal in my 45 minute time frame. Reluctant to eschew what might have been a fantastic steak in a chimchuri sauce for $ 50 or an $ 18 charcuterie board I reached for the bar menu, which to my appeasement offered appealing items in the $ 15 range. I chose the burger, medium rare, for $ 13 over the lamb meatballs for $ 11, but I still don’t feel like ground beef should have the texture of mushy brains even at that cook temperature. Don’t get me wrong, I was a cerebrally satisfied bold sucking zombie, despite thoughts after a few bites of getting a to go box. You’re always supposed to leave a leftover bite as a sophisticated symbol of discipline and self restraint. About $ 40 per person for a burger and 2 wines. Older crowd — most people dress up or wear expensive casual clothes.
