Terrible! I waited over 2 hours to be seen and no one once apologized for the ridiculous waiting time.
To add, no one from the front desk bothered to tell me that the doctor was running almost 2 hours late. I had to inquire twice to see what the issue was.
My biggest regret was not leaving sooner. No one seems to care that many hard working people take off work to come sit in a waiting area, wasting time! I understand things can happen and make the wait time longer — but no one from the front desk bothered to notify anyone! Worst medical office ever!
If you are referred here — I would seek another gastro office. There are too many physicians in one office and the customer service is non-​existant.

This place is horrible. The staff are absolutely ridiculous and lacking genuine care and concern. I have been lied to about a prescriptions being generic when they weren’t and being charged triple the amount. Let me tell you who probably has about 5 beach vacation houses, gastroenterologists do! They charge insane amounts for little results and give you 5 mins of their time. At least here, at this location. I would highly recommend going somewhere else or just letting your intestine disease get the best of you because they will not help you here. They show it with their snarls and lack of knowledge.
