Fort Worth Shaver and Appliance started as a Remington shaver shop in the 1970’s. Since then we have evolved to welcome a variety of small appliances to repair. As the times change, so do we. I haven’t been into the store in person, but I had such great support over the phone I had to post a review. (once I have been in person and have actually had something fixed, i’ll up my rating to 5 stars)
Without going into too many details, they were able to figure out what part my Zojirushi water heater needed over the phone, giving me the part numbers and a complete breakdown on how much getting it fixed would cost (assuming nothing else was wrong besides what I know about).
I look forward to seeing them in person. If their service over the phone is anything like it is in person, I will keep them in mind; the next time an appliance starts acting up, I think I’ll let them have a crack at it before I chuck it into a landfill.
