I really wanted to like this cleaners. The prices are a little high but that is most likely due to the location. I live around the corner and wear slacks and dress shirts to work. My job requires that the sleeves be creased. I gave this shop 4 opportunities to specifically crease the sleeves but they aren’t the greatest at customer service or special requests. Their heavy starch isn’t «Texas, heavy starch» either. If you’re in a bind and need something simple done, they’ll do the job for you. For me, I won’t recommend it to my friends-their workers don’t care so why should the customer. Wish I got better service :-(

3 stars is A-ok, and I think that’s a fair rating. My clothes came back clean. I am new to town, so I’m not positive what the average pricing is, but they seem high. You can decide for yourself. This is for women’s clothing, dry cleaning only: Pants $ 5.20 Blouse: $ 5.75 Blazer: $ 6.99

Since my last review 5 months ago, the new owner was gracious enough to make good on my «lost goods». In the midst of it all, my shirt that was originally lost, was found, and the cleaners has made good on their promise to either return the item(which the have) or offer a substantial credit. I am proud to say that Frankie’s is back on top! Thanks Christine for coming through!

This is by far the worst cleaners I have ever experienced. The girl at the front is clueless. I made the mistake of bringing my clothes back a second time(when I should have learned from the first experience when they could not locate my clothes and I had to come back for them). Not only did I have to come back FOUR times to try and get my cleaning(I only left two shirts for dry cleaning and one jacket to be sewn and each time I went they had the same excuse and said it would be ready next week), but when I got my jacket back from being sewn, it was completely crooked!!! it looks like a child did the sewing, and now my jacket is ruined. I am honestly so floored at how horrible this place is, I am almost left speachless. Almost… I would advise everyone to take your cleaning elsewhere.

So the prices at Frankie’s are really good and the staff is always pretty courteous, but I’ve been several times and clothes haven’t been ready on the right day or don’t even look like they’ve been touched at all. The location is semi-convenient for me, and they have their accolade as being voted the best in Fort Worth, but I don’t see it. This is another dry cleaner that sends their stuff out to be done, and there’s no guarantee that its coming back on time, or at all. A courtesy call or email system that could let me know that clothes were not ready at the quoted time, or just an email scanned from the cleaner ticket to let me know they are ready would be an awesome service and help in general. Maybe something to look into since the garments all get a barcode with the ticket sent with them? I’ve found better close by that does a brilliant job, so for now, Frankie’s will be a back-up location for me at best.

Courteous staff, but twice told me my clothes would be ready on a certain day and they weren’t. The second time I had left work early in Irving because I needed the shirts on a deadline, drove an hour through horrible traffic, and then they just ruefully apologized that they couldn’t do what they said they would(have the clothes ready at a set time). I will not return.

This is an amazing cleaners. Great work and super staff. They have removed some stains other cleaners gave up on.
