History

Established in 1978.

Fort Worth Pediatric Dentistry has two locations. The first location in Fort Worth was opened by Dr. Bruce H. Weiner in 1978. We opened our new facility in the Cook Children’s Southwest Building located at 6210 John Ryan Drive in Fort Worth in May of 1998. Dr. Janell Plocheck joined the practice in 2000. In December of 2008, a satellite office at 240 SW Wilshire Boulevard in Burleson was opened to increase convenience for our patients living in the communities South of Fort Worth. Dr. Nathan G. West joined the practice in 2011. Our mission is to provide the very best in dental care and a positive experience for every child using state of the art technology and a warm, caring and friendly staff.

Bruce W.

Business Owner

Dr. Bruce H. Weiner graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 1967 and the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1971. He served as an Air Force dental officer in Germany from 1971 to 1975 before completing a two-​year Pediatric Dental Residency at the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Weiner is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and serves on the Continuing Education Committee for the AAPD. He has taught at Baylor College of Dentistry and has given local, national and international presentations for dental and medical groups.

Dr. Weiner is married with two grown children and three grandsons. Among his hobbies are skiing, scuba diving, and golf. He is a past-​president of his synagogue, Beth-​El Congregation.
