If you’re craving a burger come here. These burgers are exactly how burgers should be. I like how all the toppings are free of charge so i can load up on jalapeños and mushrooms without breaking the bank. The meat is fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. I normally wouldn’t give such a high rating to a chain but this place earned every bit of the 5 stars i gave it. Can’t wait to come back and try the fries.

Love this place! I work in downtown and try to control myself and NOT have a Five Guys Burger once a week. I usually put my order in on-line and don’t hardly have to wait if at all when I go to pick up. Burgers are out of this world! Cajun fries I can’t live without! I get the Jr. Burger and Jr. Fries and can hardly eat it all! They are friendly and quick!

One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. I got the tiny bacon cheeseburger and it was still pretty large. Get there by 11:30 to beat the lunch rush.

They are very professional and they make your food fresh! Best burger place in Fort Worth!!! If you know a better place let me know and I’ll give it a try… But as of this day, it’s Five Guys.

The food was fine. The service was not. Several of my friends and I came here for a late lunch on Sunday afternoon. One friend’s order was prepared incorrectly. My order, which I placed immediately after my friends, was not delivered for at least ten minutes later. When I went to the counter to check on my order, the cook rudely told me that she and the order taker were the only two employees and that I’d have to be patient. Five Guys would be well advised to spend as much money on customer service as it does on the placards advertising how it’s the best burger in all of these different cities. The burger may be great, but the attitude isn’t something I wanted to pay for with one of the more expensive fast food meals around.(Almost $ 15 for a double bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and large drink.)

I like this little joint. Mostly because my burger was hot, juicy, and just how I ordered it. In NOLA, I have had several experiences where due to their assembly-line of how they put the burger together, the cheese and the bun are cold by the time I get it. Sad face. The service was also great. Oh, and of course the fries were too. It is also very conveniently located next to the Renaissance hotel.

I can’t believe how great this particular location is. As a Five Guys lover I’ve been to Five Guys throughout the United States. And there is no doubt this is the cleanest location not to mention best Five Guys I’ve ever been to. Let me tell you the burgers looked like commercials. They were made with extreme care and pride. I’m so happy I’m writing the corporate headquarters. The best crew working ever! Kudos Jasmine, Jose, Marcus, and Tameron. You all deserve raises!

SUCH a let down. Almost 13 bucks for a double bacon burger and fries, fries were soggy, but there were a lot of them. They said a large feeds 4 adults, I ask«so how big, a basket, a box, you have something for reference, or ???» They feed 4 adults! Charcoal a couple thin patties and toss them on a store bought bun, that seemed to be it. I found it odd that the tall Hispanic fellow that acted like he owned the place, mocked everyone’s order after they made it and they’re all sitting 25 feet away watching and wondering what his deal is. Seemed to be doing his best to mess up the girls actually doing the work. It worked, they got it wrong and I only ordered ONE hamburger and it wasn’t busy, maybe 8 customers and all sitting down. Hate to say it but McD’s has this place beat.

I was surprised to see this place in the middle of busy downtown. But it was a nice surprise because we were hungry and didn’t want a sit down meal. My friends had never been there and they were impressed with their fries. Note that their regular sized burger is huge so unless you have a huge appetite go for the little burgers. It’s not like a kids menu. Same with the fries. Unless you have a huge appetite, go for the little order of fries.

Friday night we wobbled in after the Elite event at Four Day weekend for some burger-y goodness. My woozy self automatically immediately focused on the Phineas Five Guys themed art on their bulletin board as we walked up to the register(I freaking love Phineas and Ferb). Anyways the guy at the register noticed that we were checking out the wall art and started telling us about other animated themed notes around the restaurant(Futurama, the Simpson, Monsters Inc, Despicable Me minions, etc). Anyways, we finally made it over to the register and ordered our food. I got a grilled cheese, hubs got a double cheese burger and we shared a regular Cajun fry. We got our food fairly quick and it was so dang tasty. I know a grilled cheese is a simple thing but it was grilled perfection with oozy gooey cheese in the middle. The fries were seasoned pretty heavily and ended up being really spicy. Overall it was a great simple meal. One thing that earned them an extra star in my book was that their soda fountain serves water AND soda water. I rarely drink soda anymore and most restaurants serve poorly tasting tea so the prospect of having soda water was fantastic and something not very many restaurants make available. The facility was a standard Five Guys but the staff was friendly and efficient especially since it was about 30 minutes before closing. If you’re in Sundance square and want something simple, greasy, and quick — this is definitely your place

It’s hard to say anything bad about 5 guys, and this location is no exception. Great burger, tons of fries, friendly service. If I had a complaint, it’s not about the restaurant, it’s about the façade painted on the building. What is it with Ft. Worth and fake painted architecture?

Finally tried this place after all the hype I’ve heard from friends and my opinion is it’s pretty much an average fast food burger joint. I liked that the burgers were made to order and all the different topping choices but other than that I expected more than what I got from this place, it tasted like your average burger. A homemade burger would’ve been more satisfying honestly. Although, I very much enjoyed the fries, they were crisp, thick cut & very tasty. If you’re really looking for a delicious, out of this world burger then Five Guys isn’t the place to go, Folks.

Not my favorite place to grab a burger but I must give them credit for unlimited toppings. The meat was typical of a fast food joint. I didn’t really taste the meat. I think it’s a good thing they offer unlimited toppings. I was hoping for more I guess. The fries here are too soggy. The people are friendly here and the place was really clean. I honestly don’t understand the hype about this place and I mostly likely will not come back.

I’ve enjoyed every meal I’ve had at any Five Guys location. Like another of my favorite burger franchises, they keep their menu simple: burgers and fries, nothing else. And the strategy of focusing on a handful of offerings works because these are damn good burgers and fries! This visit was particularly enjoyable thanks to astounding customer service. Stuck behind newbies taking an obscenely rude amount of time deciding upon their order, a cook noticed my frustration, took my order, prepared my burger, filled my sack with fresh cut fries and offered it to me without charge. The rude customers were still indecisive at the register while I was able to sit and enjoy my delicious meal. Food is fresh and served up hot. I recommend you NOT order the large fries unless you’re splitting them with several friends. Order the regular fries and watch as they fill a cup with fries, place the cup in the bag with your burger, then dump a scoopful of fries into the bag on top of the whole kibosh. Seriously, fries will be coming out of your ears which is not necessarily a bad thing. If you haven’t tried Five Guys yet, stop denying yourself! Live a little; diet tomorrow!

They make a decent burger and fries. Everything on the menu is a la carte.

To be honest the burgers were pretty mediocre. A very generic tasting burger. The only plus I give it would be the grilled mushrooms are free and comes with your burger order unless otherwise specified. The burger selections are pretty standard, regular, with cheese, with bacon, or cheese and bacon. They have a small size with 1 patty or a large with 2 patties. Their regular fries portions are humongous! I really do not see the need to order a large, it should be enough to feed 3 people. You can choose either regular or Cajun fries. Our cajun fries had too much seasoning which made it hard to eat and their regular fries were pretty bland. They also serve hot dogs here which my friend ordered, for about 3 bucks a piece, I recommend you going to racetrac or QT, its cheaper and pretty much the same quality. Overall not very impressive and nothing to wow about.

Very, very average. Maybe a little less. The burgers were not in any way outstanding. Anyone who throws a burger patty on a grill will have the same product. The fries were good, but not worth the price. This place had excellent customer service, however. Overall, it was an above average price for a very average burger.

So, I FINALLY get around to trying Five Guys. Holy moly, is this joint proud of itself. Accolades aplenty line the walls — you can even tell ‘em how much you love ‘em before you order! That’s a lot of confidence for an otherwise standard run-of-the-mill burger joint. And expensive, too! A cheeseburger, small fries and large drink are $ 12?! Good thing we went on payday. Overall, though, I’ll say it falls between 3 and 4 stars. My burger and fries were served piping hot, and to say they serve a small fry would be a lie. The fry order is huge. You get a decent-sized cup of fries with another cup of fries floating untamed in the bag. I went with the Cajun fries — cuz let’s face it: I LOVE me some Cajun! They were good — heavily seasoned. The burger was a double-patty, gooey affair, made to my order(cheese, pickles and mustard, please!) but was rather tasteless and unremarkable. Total let-down since I’ve heard about how awesome their burgers are. Service was friendly and expedient, but it’s hard to hear them call your number because the acoustics are pretty bad. They played FANTASTIC music when we were in — a little Zeppelin, some Rolling Stones… I could’ve hung out all day.
