I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 1997. My strategy for helping people meet their fitness needs comes easy. I have a passion for people and making a positive impact on their lives. My goal is to provide highly-effective fitness programs that offer the opportunity to lose unwanted pounds, inches, and body fat while gaining more lean muscle, core strength, and self-confidence and to do so in a non-threatening, fun, and highly-motivational environment. I specialize in Corrective Exercise which is designed to undo all of your imbalances and compensations and guide the body to work in harmony and without pain.
