Doughboys Pizza

First time to order pizza here, bought a meat lovers and a sausage. Both were AMAZING. And they are generous on the toppings as well! The crust is definitely on the soft side. I liked it, but wouldn’t want it any softer. you may want to ask for you pizza to b baked a little longer.

Yum! The crust was super crispy which is just the way we like it. They’re very generous with the toppings which is really nice. Unfortunately, the overestimate the time it will take to make your food. Each of the three times we’ve been in, our pizza has been sitting in the front getting cold. After the first time, I thought I would outsmart them and show up 10 minutes earlier than their standard it-​will-​be-​ready-​in-​40-​minutes. Didn’t help much.
Initially, I had rated them as a 4 star. We had such high hopes. We love a locally owned restaurant, but the inconsistency just doesn’t do it for us.

Ordered wings and a calzone yesterday… Calzone was cold and grease soaked from sitting. .BBQ wings tasted plain… Called in they refused to redilver and said they would compensate the meal and deliver it at a later date. So today I called to receive the compensated meal and was willing to pay delivery fees until I was told by the owner that they couldn’t deliver no matter what and that it was up to the drivers. Smh terrible customer service. On top of all this I was told this by the owner Paul

It was great. When I picked it up it smelled so good but I was like «it probably doesn’t taste that good». Lo and behold!!! Shits ama-​za-​zing!!! Will be going back for more.

We ordered a cheese pizza and a supreme. The pizza was very tasty, the dough a little sweet and there was plenty of cheese. It was even good leftover.
I ordered by phone and the pizza came as ordered, in the time promised. Glad to have a good delivery place!

I would have given no stars if that were an option. This place is terrible due to both the food and the service. We ordered alfredo, but it was so dry it was not even edible! Before I even placed the order, I asked if their bone in wings were breaded or slimy. The guy reassured me that they were breaded and «not slimy at all», then I get them and they are not only slimy but super fatty! And of course, they got another part of my order wrong — a simple thing: I ordered breadsticks and got cheesesticks. So I called to let them know and to just ask if they would please bring some alfredo sauce so we could eat the fettuccine. The manager got on the phone and immediately had an attitude like he was offended that I was even talking to him! While trying to explain the issue, he told me to «hold on» 5 times and started talking to someone else! I told him about the slimy wings and he just said «of course they’re slimy, they’re bone-​in» — as if I was the idiot, not the employee who told me wrong! Finally I asked him if they could just bring us some alfredo sauce — I didn’t want any free food or discounts or anything, just for my family to be able to eat their dinner! He told me they «might be able to bring us some next time of their guys is in our area, but they weren’t going to come out here for just that». I only live a few miles away!!! I know for sure that no one I know will EVER order from this place again!!!

Can’t comment on the food since it was never delivered, but the service is atrocious. We ordered 2 pizzas & were told they’d be delivered in 45 minutes. After an hour had passed we called the store & were told it just came out of the oven… interesting, since it should’ve already been delivered.
Approaching 2 hours late, we called the store a second time & this time were told that the pizza had actually never been made. It was nearly 10pm by this time & we were starving. We cancelled the order & (hopefully) will get a full refund.
Interesting to see that this same thing has happened to other customers. Will not be ordering from here again. Ever.

I’m pretty happy with this place, but I worry it may be very hit or miss. I’ve ordered basically the same thing twice, with the only similarity being the hour + wait. The first time I got a caveman pizza, which despite the undercooked crust, was very tasty. I also got an order of cheese sticks which had no dipping sauce, and a full size chef salad. The ham is delicious on the pizza but not so much in the salad. Blech. So, this time I just ordered a half sized house salad which I swear is much bigger than the previous full size. Not really complaining as it was a huge salad. I got another order of cheese sticks & asked for marinara, so I ended up with double. And I got a meat trio pizza that was cooked *perfectly.* Their saving grace is just how delicious their meaty pizzas have been. I’m not usually too kind after I wait over an hour for food.

I ordered pizza from this restaurant. It took an hour ½ for it to be delivered. When it finally got to my house it was half warm. The taste was not that great. I should have just called Papa John’s.

Pizza was pretty good, though undercooked a little. Delivery kid kinda smushed the pizza, the white plastic piece was crushed so hard that it went through the cardboard under the pizza. I will order again but the your delivery guys should take more effort not to crush my dinner. Luckily, only half was stuck to the top of the box.

Delicious! I never knew dough made such a difference. Had a calzone with pepperoni, sausage, and beef. Fabulous. You can tell the dough is fresh and homemade. I can’t say enough about the flavor. It was the best calzone I have ever had. And it was HUGE! Supreme pizza was also fantastic, according to my wife. I didn’t eat any because the calzone filled me up! I highly recommend you try Doughboys!

Amazing and delicious:)) highly recommend! Best pizza and service in town!!! We ordered thin crust and cheesey stocks, this def hit the spot!
