One of the best tire buying experience ever! I had a tire emergency as I had blown my tire coming home from work. I called this location and they said that they could get me in immediately. I had just put a donut on my car and had my infant daughter with me. When I got there they were all very fast and very polite. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes and when they pulled my car to the front they opened the door so I could put my daughter in her seat and had even put my spare back where it goes. I am very satisfied with my service and will continue to go to this location!

They take care of you quickly, came in on a very busy morning for them, they all kept smiling and the techs worked quickly and appeared to like their jobs.

Always have me in and out quickly. Honest, dependable and affordable. I’ve been using this location for years and have always been happy with the service I receive. Helpful tip: always make an appointment if at all possible.

I purchased all my tires and wheels for all my vehicles here in the past. I presently have 5000 miles on a set that is on my Ford Ranger. They were never balanced correctly. I went on a scheduled appointment 6÷26÷15 for rotate and balance. All tires were rebalanced. But they STRIPPED A STUD AND DID NOT ROTATE. I was told that I would need to go to a repair shop that they had chose and that the lug nut was still good to use by Jeffery. I called the shop and they could not do the repair until 6÷29÷15, so I will need to take off of work. When I got home I saw in the stud that it had issues. So I went back the next morning 6÷27÷15, Ask to speak with the Manager. MANNY came out, he agreed the lug nut should be replaced and gave me a new one. Then we addressed the issue that the tires were not rotated, my proof was the disc pad brake dust on the front wheels and only on the front wheels. He stated that was not proof. At this point I question, «are you calling me a liar? «, he just smiled. I told him that I would that this matter up with Corporate and he said, «you just do that»
THE WORST SERVICE FOR ANY COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH EVER!!!
GO TO ANOTHER STORE OR AT LEAST ANOTHER DISCOUNT TIRE!!!

I walked in yesterday to have all 5 wheels swapped out. They took me in right away. However, when I called in 2 days ago I got quoted $ 135 to have wheels/​tires mounted and balanced but I guess it was too low that they couldn’t honor the price so I paid $ 150 instead. I’m not sure what the issue was but I was brought out to the bay to show them how to get all 5 wheels out from the backseat. Um slide the passenger or driver seat forward tadaaa smh!!! Anyways, it took about an hour to get the job done.

My dad has used discount tire since I can remember. They do a great job and always try to give you the best options and best prices. The free air check and tire inspection is awesome and the people here are great.

WE LOVE THIS DISCOUNT TIRE!!! We made a HUGE mistake and bought custom wheels from another place… not a chain and we basically threw our money away, it has been a huge ordeal and expensive lesson.
The people at Discount Tire have been great in helping us figure out what to do now that will cost us the least and they have gone above and beyond, their customer service here is GREAT.
We feel like we are always treated fairly here and will continue to give them all our tire and wheel business and refer our friends and family.

I have done business with discount tires for years and they have always taken pretty good care of me but this was my first time to this location. I came in because of a bent rim, they told me over the phone they could send it off and see if it was fixable for 135 bucks. If it was not fixable they would refund my money and I could put it towards a new rim.
When I showed up at this location the gentlemen immediately told me it’s not fixable and they could not even attempt to send it out for repair, he didn’t even take it out of the trunk. I needed a new rim. They quoted me for a new factory rim would be 400 – 600 dollars, or I could buy a set of after market rims all 4 for the same price. They showed me a bunch of options and told me to pick one.
I sat down to think about it, I felt as though I was being hustled… Just to check I called the local Honda place to see what the factory rim would be, 220 dollars new!!!
Immediately I walked out, took my rim over to Fender Mender in Keller and they took a look at it said it was fixable or at least worth a try. I got my rim back yesterday, and it looks better than new.
I am really disappointed in discount tire and the people they employee. You lost me as a customer, please think before you take there word for it, or at least get a second opinion.

Purchased a new car that has low profile tires (after driving an SUV for fourteen years!).
I hit a pot-​hole and blew out one of the tires within the first 2,000 miles. Tire blowout was beyond repair. Went to NTB and was quoted at roughly $ 210 for a replacement and road hazard warranty. Discount tire sold me the same tire for $ 163 with the road hazard warranty included! They also sold me certificates for extended warranty on the three remaining tires that came OEM w/​the vehicle.
I also just brought the same vehicle in for flat tire repair and they literally had me back out on the road in around 10 minutes.
This is the type of service and pricing that you wish you could get everywhere!

I came in to get a tire with a slow leak patched because I couldn’t afford to replace it, but Clay (or maybe Clayton?) found a screw in it, so it couldn’t be patched. Like I said, I didn’t have $ to buy a new on this day, but he didn’t want me driving on an unsafe tire, so he put on a used tire that they had, and only changed me the standard $ 16 for installation. It made my morning! He went above and beyond. He definitely didn’t need to, or have to do that. Great customer service! As a result, I’m back getting two new tires now! Honest, genuine people!

After having to wait in several auto shops over the past few weeks, I can say I’m not easily impressed, but this particular Discount Tire really gave me a great experience.
I liked how I was able to search without pressure online for tires for my Mercury Mariner. After careful research, and finding the best price for the best tire I set up an appointment for 10 am on a Saturday. When making an appointment the day before I was surprised there were so many spots available.
The website suggested to get there 10 minutes before the appointment, and I did just that. When I arrived at 9:50 they were visibly busy, so I had a feeling I’d be there for at least 45 minutes. I was quickly greeted, handed over my keys, and told it would be at most 45 minutes.
I waited outside since the waiting room is like an eskimo village, then noticed at exactly 10:05 my car was taken back. Ten minutes later I heard my name being called. I thought there was a problem they were making me aware of, nope, they needed me to check out, my car would be ready in 5 minutes! Wow!
At 10:20 I am rolling out of the parking lot!
So, make an appointment, it will save you time, and bring a snuggie!

Great prices on tires and warranty on tires that I couldn’t find better anywhere else. They can get busy at times so better make an appt! Even with an appt you might be waiting a bit. However, their customer service I’ve received here is worth the wait. Plus, they have some technicians that are nice to look at. ;-)

Get the replacement plan… it definitely helps! $ 140 tire replaced for $ 23. I originally purchased the tire in 2010 & purchased the replacement for $ 21.

Discount tire has decent prices for tires and will work with you if you’ve done your homework and know what you should be paying.
They offer free tire rotation if you bought the tires from them and if you didn’t they will usually do it free anyway to help gain your business.
