Customer Service sucks. We paid for a party and since everyone is a beginner, the guy that is running the rope told everyone to go to the kiddie area. Should have explained that before i set up for the party. There is annoying kid that keeps sitting in our party area and he doesn’t even belong with us. Come to find out the kid’s dad is running the ropes, HEY GREAT DAD BRING YOUR KID TO WORK AND LET HIM CRAAH CUSTOMERS PARTY. I would never recommend this place to anyone. sucks, sucks, sucks..
