It seems the mgmt. has been doing a much better job of keeping the gates in working order — I also hear the laundry is abt to go to a coin-less card system and some rumors of pay for carport parking coming soon. A few decent improvements. overall, still not sure that I will be renewing my lease —

This place is okay. Nothing fancy and it is right next to the train tracks, so the noise from the passing trains is super load. I came to Fort Worth for a 3 and a half month long summer internship and this was the only place I could find that offered a 3 month lease for a decent price close to where I was interning. It served its purpose, but some of the neighbors were really creepy, the apartment smelled like smoke all the time(I don’t smoke), and the parking was first come first serve so it was difficult finding a close spot sometimes. There were also many times when maintenance came in and did stuff without my knowledge(like change out my fridge and leave some of my perishable food on the floor while I was at work). I also found a cigarette butt in my trash can underneath the bag, and when I notified the front office and requested my locks changed I got no response. All in all the place was fine for what I needed, but if I were to move to Fort Worth on a more permanent basis I would not live here. I’d definitely take the time to find a nicer, safer, and more modern place to live instead, that’s for sure!

I wish I had never signed a lease here, ever since I moved in there have been nothing but issues. Issues with management, things not working properly or being fixed correctly. I like my apt and neighbors, management is terrible.
