Established in 2005.

Compass was brought to life because Brent and Holly Pennington had a passion for fashion. The company started with one store and has grown in to 12 stores across Texas. At Compass we specialize in women’s clothing and accessories with a keen focus on the seasons. We carry everything from tops to skirts to jeans to handbags to jewelry. We take pride in our products as well as our customer service so we hope you will stop in and see what we’re all about.

Business Owner

Brent has been an entrepreneur from birth. As an adult he has owned and operated many businesses. The key to his success and the success of all of his ventures has always been his focus on putting the customer first. He now owns and operates 12 Compass clothing stores across Texas where he practices that customer-​first mentality religiously.
