one hour my ass… brought my clothes in because i needed them the same day and the lady told me they’d be ready by 4 the next day… i told her i needed them the same day and she said they «don’t do that»…i asked why the store title contained «one hour» if they do not provide that service and she replied «well, if you would have brought them in before 9 they would have been ready by 6»…i don’t think she understands the concept of time… then she said she could «probably» have them ready by 3pm (when i needed them) if i payed extra! i told her «probably» would not work and i left
