There was only one teller working the inside bank and the outside window. I waited an extremely long time and then was treated rudely by the teller. I like to come into the bank to deposit my checks and she promptly told me that I could do that at the ATM. Sounding like I wasn’t worth her busy time.

This location is a total pain to get to. University is under construction and traffic is never good. When you do finally get into the parking lot, the drive through is always quick and the tellers are friendly. This ATM is always working and never under maintenance, like some other Chase locations. I prefer the bankers at Bryant Irvin for anything I need to handle in store, but this is my go to drive through.
