Some people are obsessed with Charming Charlie. I’m not one of those people. But I do find cute items in Charming Charlie on occasion. While in the shopping center recently, I decided to check out Charming Charlie. I was greeted shortly after entering the store and directed to the area with the phone cases. The sales associate also pointed me in the direction of the clearance area, which is massive.
The store is color coded and features every color imaginable, including black, white, and silver. This store’s stock is quite impressive and I saw several cute items. All the employees were friendly and greeted me when I walked into their section of the store. I will definitely come back to visit when on this side of town.

I like it. I can find many fancy accessories in many color assortments, cute shoes etc etc…
Service though can be hit or miss. It was great when they first opened but lately the ladies like to glare rather than offer any assistance.

Ok we really missed the mark of duplicating this location with The Highlands. I finally got a chance to stop by and was highly disappointed. Shame to say being that this one is in my neck of the woods.
Lots of space, roomy and filled with more average Trader Joe bags and jewelry. Didn’t have that much clothing selections in their well colorized theme. Mostly my attraction for Charming Charlie is the colorful tops.
Very nice to have a greeter at entry as a hit but the store in essence is a miss. What the hell happened!!!
