Went here on a whim with my 5yo daughter. First time I’ve ever had my nails done professionally. I have 2 spice racks full of polishes, but I was getting tired of redoing it every day. First time for a pro manicure for my daughter too. 1 week later, she has SOME chips, but her nails are still pretty. I did gel. I am astonished that it has withstood 1 week of wear and tear. I am a nurse and a mom, and I did dishes and even scrubbed some old burner pans with ajax and tin foil. Nails are still shiny and good as new. it’s so weird. My only complaint would be that I usually change colors 3x in a week. I think I’ll keep it though… and go back and get a pedi on the weekend. A+++ Thanks ladies! See you this weekend!

Two stars because they actually did an alright job with the pedicure up until the polish. The entire time I was in the chair, I could tell that the man doing my pedicure and the woman doing my boyfriend’s pedicure were saying rude things about us. When we went in, we said I wanted a manicure also. After our pedicures, we decided we didn’t have time for a manicure, and they both rolled their eyes and have us horrendous attitude. Go here if you’re thick skinned and don’t feel awkward when people are blatantly talking badly about you. Don’t go here if you want a decent polish job on your toes.

What can I say this is just a rip off. My nails look like s#1t! Was cut on a couple of fingers, not buffed well and as you can see, my real nail is showing ! Will not be going back. Disgusting nail job!

I used to enjoy this salon, clean and friendly service. Over the past couple of years it has slid all the way to the bottom of places to go. I had the worst experience there this week. When i entered, there were no mani/pedi clients. An elderly gentleman was assigned to do my pedicure and removal of gel toe nail polish. When I mentioned that I did not want any polish applied to fingers or toes they began to tel me all the benefits and practically told me I was stupid for not applying. The younger men harassed and yelled at the older gentleman in Thai or Vietnamese to the point that I would have left if my feet had not been wrapped in foil like they were preparing to transmit alien messages. Nope, never going back!

DONTGO!!! 0 stars! How is this place still in business?! Trust the reviews here & read my story too. This place is awful. Woman doing my pedicure told me I needed my heels done and then after mentioned it would be $ 5 extra? Then she dug out skin in between my toe and toenail as if it were not on my body. BLOOD was getting everywhere and she just tried to cover it up and squeeze it. So painful!!! The girl doing my nails continued to tell me about her terrible hang over & how she wished she was still in bed. Ok? No tending to cuticles… Just filing at my SKIN until it literally came apart & started to BLEED!!! I wish I was making this up. Regret not walking out then! Next she had me wash my hands — the brussels on every brush were BROWN! Yuck! She finally dipped my nails. Some parts were too thick, some parts were thin to the nail, and there was glue all over my finger. She finished and told me I was done. Huh? I asked her to please remove the glue and she said it would eventually come off. I told her I wasn’t walking out like that so she sat me down and began scraping so hard, ripping at my skin. I told her nevermind. but that I wasn’t paying for that. PLEASELOOKATTHEPICTURE!!! This was her finished job. $ 40 for my toes and another $ 40 to go fix my nails at anther salon. Plus tips for time. Please don’t go to this place!!!

Got charged full price for short, crooked acrylic nails that were poorly painted with gel polish. After arguing with the manager for about 20 min, I was told my fingers are just crooked. I’ve gotten my nails done here 4 times before and I’ve never before came out with a crooked finger condition! I was told to get them cut any longer than my nail bed would cost me extra? NEVERBEENTOLDBY A SALONTHATMEDIUMLENGTHCOSTEXTRA! my experience salons only charge for long nails, not average length… supposed to go back Thursday for them to fix it, would have much rather been given a refund so I wouldn’t have to actually do any further business with these people!

I usually dont go to salons since im not a fan of getting my nails done, but i tagged along with some friends all the way to fort worth. This was an impulse stop while we were at the mall, so i didnt know what i was getting to. To my surprise, i really enjoyed myself! I figured that i wouldnt get another mani/pedi anytime soon, so i splurged a little and did the«staff recommended» pedicure(milk and honey) and the gel manicure. They used real milk! and honey in the pedicure so it was kinda cool, but the best part was the massage. I didnt realize how much i needed one! afterwards my feet felt so good. I liked my gel manicure too. It has been a week and my nails still look shiny and new. I was told it would last up to 2 weeks, so lets see how the second week goes. The same person did my mani and pedi. She was super nice and considerate. I spent almost $ 100(including tip) for myself but didnt feel too bad… until i told my parents about it :( I’m a big foodie, but i think i found another hobby!

Major language barrier. I told the woman NOT to wax my unibrow(because I don’t have one and it’ll rip my skin off). I also told her NOT to wax my upper eyebrow because the same thing will occur. She nodded like she understood and then continued to do everything I told her not to do. When she put hot wax on my unibrow, I finally said, «Please stop, I said not to do that.» She then spoke to me in a completely unintelligible language. Good price for an eyebrow wax, but I will not return.

Three stars is fair. They offer full-sized bottles of water, and the chick doing my mani pedi even gave me a hot neck roll as she went to town. Not the best massage though(the day spa inside Ridgmar Mall wins that one), and I didn’t appreciate that she took off my Shellac with a file«/

I went here the day of my graduation. My husband had called ahead to make sure there was no wait. He asked on the phone if they did make up, which they said they would, if i brought my own. No problem, its my big day. We show up and they are looking down their noses at us. Their body language and tone made it clear that for some reason they didnt want to rush to wait on me. I have a graduation to be at in 3 hours, so, i need to move! Then I asked about the make up and they said they didnt do that. When I mentioned what they said on the phone, they denied speaking with us. Rather than pull out the cel fon and argue about it, we left. Found a much nicer place across the street that charged less for much more quality. I will never go back there. Ever. But, the ladies across the street have earned a lifetime customer with me.
