Camden Centreport

Just renewed at Camden and the first year was great. Frony office ladies are awesome, especially Marisha. Maintenance are great and the environment is peaceful!

I’ve only stayed in Camden Centreport going on 15 months and the only reason why I’m leaving is to rent a house. I’ve had most of my interactions with Dorit and Rosemary and they have been exceptional and very professional! I know whenever I have an issue and contact them my problem will be fixed as soon as possible. A lot of events are held including Happy Hours and activities/​things for your children. The area is quite, the neighbors are friendly and there’s just a sense of community that you don’t get anywhere else! This has been a great place to live and anyone considering the property won’t be disappoint in their decision.

My husband and I have enjoyed our time at Camden Centreport. We chose this apartment complex with the idea of a short commute to the American Airlines headquarters where my husband was employed. We were extremely pleased with how helpful the staff was when helping us find an apartment here, Dorit is the greatest help you will find while staying with Camden. The pool is so gorgeous and the trash service is great for guests. Our only complaints are that the gym does not have a lot to offer and there is no dog park or walking trails inside the apartment grounds.

I have enjoyed my time at Camden Centreport so far ! This is my first apartment on my own and working for the apartment industry for 2+ plus years the customer service is excellent. I never had to complain or had anything negative to say about these apartments.

We’ve been here over 2years and I personally have only good things to say! Maintenance is timely and helpful and so is management. The complex is kept clean and up to date. All in all a great experience

I learned first hand the grass isn’t always greener on the other side of the fence. I have lived in two Camden Properties over the last 3 years and was sad that my lease was up in the middle of January. I decided to seek out greener pastures or so I thought. I was scheduled to move into a new build less than a mile down the road. They were offering a credit of 2 months rent on a 13 month lease. A credit to be used as you wished was what I was told at the time I toured the apartment. However this was not the case. When it came time to sign my lease they informed me that I could not use the credit for the half month of January. The management at the new build was extremely misleading. This is where the management at Camden Centreport came through as they always do. I called in a panic as I had already signed my intent to vacate. However the community manager was amazing, paitent, and like always willing to work for their residents. The ladies in the office are always willing to help and work with you no matter how small or large the issue is. The maintenance staff is first class! They respond to work orders and request often resolving the same day! The only two things that I can say negative about the property is that I wish it had a dog park and a more updated gym. But besides that for the money Camden Centreport is a GREAT place to live. I will live with Camden Properties as long as I’m renting an apartment and there is a Camden Property close by. I truly appreciate all that Camden has done to make me feel at home! There isn’t another property I would rather live at in the Centreport area other than Camden. No matter how much newer, updated, and expensive it is!

Overall a pretty good place to live. We got in with pretty good rent for their smallest unit.
Pros: Great interiors, updated appliances, well cultivated landscaping. Minutes from DFW airport and a nice midway point between Fort Worth and Dallas. Maintenance is friendly and prompt. Walls seem to be thick enough to drown out all but the most obnoxious neighbors. Walking distance from TRE.
Cons: Grocery stores are a bit of a trek. Area food options are fairly limited for a sit down meal. Required cable and valet trash service tacks on around $ 50 – 60 /​month. Don’t watch cable, but when I did the charter service was horrible — cutting in and out on nearly every channel worth watching.
Other notes:
I found the duct work to be pretty horrible so our A/​C was really inefficient, driving our electric bills up far beyond what we should have to pay for 800sqft. I actually reached turn off a light switch and felt cold air blowing out of the receptacle. That means cold air was circulating within the walls better than throughout the apartment.
We had our bikes chained to the railing in the breezeway (3^rd floor) and they were stolen. That’s the risk you take, but for a gated community (whose gates have often been broken) I would have expected at least some tone of sympathy from the management. Instead, I got a pretty lazy excuse, «The contractors still haven’t given us a quote.» As a business owner, I can see both sides of that coin –they’re not technically liable– but it is difficult to see the gates stuck open so often and see emails about «Ice Cream Socials» and so on. I can buy my own ice cream, I can’t buy a security gate. I want to know that my property manager is concerned about the same things I am.
Overall, I was fairly happy with the 800sqft for $ 950 per month all said and done, but I feel like the rent had gone up significantly by the time we were thinking about renewing. Other areas worth considering within a 5 minute drive are Bear Creek area and some apts north of 183 on 360 in Euless.

I LOVE my apartment. The staff is welcoming, friendly and truly go above and beyond for their residents. There are (almost) weekly events or ‘happenings’ put on for residents and their families… Pizza Night, Happy Hour, Pool Parties… etc. I think that this is a great environment to be in. If you have questions or concerns you recieve a response or solution in a timely manner.

I’ve lived here coming up on a year and the staff is extraordinarily friendly compared to anywhere I’ve lived. They also have happy hour, treats for your pets, BBQs, etc, etc. all the time. Maintenance is on top of things. I’ve never gone more than a day without a request because filled, no matter how small. Everyone here must work a 9 – 5 though because during those hours parking is plentiful, otherwise, not so much. I’m not too keen on the area around Centreport (See; Irving, HEB…), but if you have to live near DFW, and you can afford it, this is probably your best place.

The staff is friendly and prompt. The community is well kept. And the maintenance guys are awesome. They have lots of fun resident events! This is a great place to call home!

If you want your apartment broken into or veh stolen this is your place. If you are a theif and need a new place for new potential clients… umm…there are plenty of theives here, pick another spot.
The staff is not really that great either!
and the security gates are never closed either…
