Burger King

I visited the this establishment on 1÷21÷2016 at about 8:00pm. There was a schizophrenic homeless guy sitting the main lobby threatening the guest as they entered the front door. He accused me of «eye balling» him and threatened to kill me if I didn’t stop. I had not even noticed him until he started talking to me. He then sat alone talking to himself about he was going to hurt the next person showed. He was not eating any food and seemed to be just loitering. I told the staff at the restaurant. The girl behind the counter told me that he is there all the time and that she thought he was homeless. She also said that she thought he had mental problems. I suggested that she call the police since there were little kids in the play area. She refused. As we left the restaurant the guy was still sitting there talking to himself and not eating anything. I would suggest that you use the drive-​thur if you are going to visit this establishment with your family. No a safe location for the kids to play.

Needed coffie and they got it out to me relatively quick through the drive-​through. Nothing spectacular about the coffee, nothing spectacular about the service, and nothing much to say other then the parking lot was clean. So if you need A quick coffee, and are not too discriminating this will work as a quick drive through.

Cashier kept scratching her back and handling our food, took way too long if you want burger king don’t come to this one

They still suck. And probably will always suck. These people can’t get a order rite. Because of this store I HATE Burger King. Just put a bad taste in my mouth. Probably for the best.

Terrible… first off the sign says «chicken fries are back!» And when I ordered, they were out :(
Decided to just order order a bacon cheeseburger meal bc I was so hungry. They gave me a chicken sandwhich! I asked for ketchup and did not get any. And lastly to top it all they forgot to give me my drink and by the time I realized I was just too tired to even care.

As I drove up to the drive thru for a cup of coffee, I was ashamed at myself for returning to this spot. Each time I come here, something happens to make it a bad experience. Whether it’s a wrong order, bad service, or cold fries, there have been plenty of incidents that caused me to never return. I just wanted a cup of coffee, so I didn’t think it would be a problem.
I ordered a medium coffee with a cream and a Splenda. I drove to the window and was handed a cup, a packet of Splenda, and a cup of cream. I drove off in disgust. There are several things wrong with this. 1. If I’m driving, it’s kind of hard for me to stop and make the cup of coffee myself, I might as well come inside. Other places put everything in and stir it up for you… and this leads to my next point. 2. I wasn’t even given a stirrer, spoon… nada.
I don’t know if they normally make it for you and it was just this particular crew that just didn’t do it, but please think next time. It’s nothing complicated or it’s not an extreme request that I’m making. I’m starting my BK fast again… starting now.

This bk sucks! Every time I come through here I have to wait 30 or more minutes in the drive thru and not to mention they are ALWAYS out of something. Terrible terrible place! Make sure you check your bag before you leave as well or you’ve really wasted 30 minutes of your life.

I can’t comment on the food because I never actually was able to order any. I have been here twice in last month. Both times waited at front counter for five minutes without even an acknowledgement I was there. Both times have given up and drove to whataburger down the street where I was promptly greeted and served my order within five minutes. Don’t think I’ll be trying this bk again.

This was the worst experience that I had in years. If you want to be insulted and ignor then this is your place. Acting shift manager threw things on counter and temper due to lunch crowd. She spoke condesendingly with many clients. I had issue that i wanted to discussed with store management. called in and met with him, he ignor any complaints. Save your self the stress and pick anywhere else.

This BK is terrible. The Drive-​Thru wait time is always long, and after that they will get your order wrong. I went there this morning (11-​15-​2013), and waited for a few minutes at the front counter. I left and went to the WhataBurger down the street.

I only came to this Burger King because it’s the nearest one in the area with a playground. The service isn’t worth a mention. I had just a moment ago asked for a hot chocolate, and a latte before he kindly informed me that they were, in fact, not serving any hot drinks this day. That annoyed me more than usual because it was rainy and cold outside.
I have eaten at this particular location before, but the service was better, and the had everything on the menu. Must be the rain.

First, I would like to say that I have never had a good experience at this location, but today was particularly atrocious. When my boyfriend and I went in, the man that had been standing there turned and walked away. We waited for 10 min. and were finally greeted. We ordered our food and received it 10 min. later. When we finally sat down to our food, the chicken nuggets my boyfriend ordered were cold. He approached the counter and waited another 5 minutes to be greeted again and when the man finally came to the counter, my boyfriend asked that the chicken nuggets be replaced with new ones. After another 15 minutes, we had still not received the chicken nuggets and went to the counter to see what the holdup was. The staff had forgotten to cook them. My boyfriend was so fed up after waiting almost 45 minutes just to eat that he asked to get his money back. The person we believe to be the manager was rude and unapologetic. The customer service at this location is beyond repair. We will not be returning to this location. Terrible.

I thought I give them a new try since they remolded and all the new items. I used to love Burger King back in the 80’s. But something went wrong the food went down hill the costumer service is poor the quality of food is bad. Almost always cold. Just not fresh.
The new improved Burger King did not seem any better. I was still disappointed in the food. And speed of service was slow. The cashier had to make smoothy so you had to wait to get a order.
I’m glad they tried to get better but they failed in my opinion.

They did a great renovation & the restaurant looks pretty good.
The food is still just ok, and I think that’s b/​c the service still isn’t the best.

Very slow especially drive thru.
Took 10 minutes for two whopper juniors, sighs.
Next time I’m ordering my whoppers inside & getting it to-​go.

Bleh. I can’t understand who can enjoy Burger King.
So, I have this Entertainment book and unfortunately (for me) it has a ton of Burger King coupons in it…
I try, I really really try to put my previous Burger King experiences aside and find something compelling about their food /​store /​anything. Now, I have found some food that I can tolerate (Ultimate Breakfast Platter and the occasional cooked-​well Whopper), but that’s pretty much it.
Anyhow, I went here for breakfast (surely they can do that right… right?) and I have the same experience I usually get.
I order the meal, and get the beverage cup (just for water). What is up with the water dispenser here? The device «chugs» when dispensing water. Water? I’ve never seen any other place with a chugging water dispenser, and why doesn’t it flow out like everyone else’s or even my facet home?
Ok…
Water dispenser aside, I get the Double Croissan’wich Sandwich and well… what is this I’m about to eat? It all looks so manufactured.
I take a bite, and it just tastes… ok. But there is a certain blandness there too. And that’s something I run into with almost everything I eat at Burger King. Some form of blandness (geez, the fries are a lesson in salted blandness).
It’s like the corporate team doesn’t want to offend anyone with any flavor, so bland is a safe way to go. But, what’s funny is how flavorful the burger patty is. Notice I didn’t say burger. The overall burger has a slight blandness to it, but the patty doesn’t.
Weird.
Anyhow, I can’t wait to use up these coupons so I can feel like I got my moneys worth out of this coupon book.
