Braums Ice Cream & Dairy Strs

Decent service and we’ll the ice cream is yummy. Wish their drive through system was updated though. Thank you Kelly for taking care of double checking my order.

I will only come here for the $ 1.49 bags salad from now on. They stockpile fries so they are not cooked to order, skip them. When I asked for a cup for my double ice cream cone both cashiers said they couldn’t leave the register. When some young Hispanic worker came out from the back the cashiers all begged him for a hug while I was in the middle of my order? When Luis asked for a chocolate and vanilla scoop of ice cream on one of our previous trips they acted like it was a special order? They had to go in the back for the vanilla ice cream. They never did come up with the chocolate so I encouraged him to select something else so that we could leave. They were not able to dip the praline ice cream so I told them lets try the birthday cake flavor instead. This worked, but I did not enjoy babysitting so I have X’d this Braum’s location off my list. I strongly urge corporate to come down from Oklahoma and mystery shop this location or just close it!
