Food and ice cream are great but most of the staff is rude. The younger newer staff are the ones who are the nicest to deal with. It’s the older staff who have worked there a long time that are rude. But that’s the only location in the area and I love their ice cream.

Just about the only fast food joint I’ll eat a burger at! Braums has higher standards than any fast food joint I’ve looked into. And a great addition, their milk is amazing! Take a look at their in-store grocery.

I guess I’m just so in love with the ice cream here that I just overlook all of the negatives about the place itself. This location has a nice big and well stocked grocery area but the rest of the store is kept dirty and the people sitting in there are always what you would consider to be unsightly. But just get in get out or use the drive thru, problem solved. But back to the ice cream! It is creamy and just the right consistency. None of that hard ice cream that you have to bite, theirs is lickable and delicious. They also have a drive through which is amazing like why don’t more ice cream places have that! And the prices are super cheap as well. If this revue was based on ice cream alone, I’d give it 5 stars because I love it so much.

Braums never fails to upset me, especially with their highly staffed.(Highly trained in keeping customers happy) I go to Braums once a week and this young man is always smiling and eager to help me. I recommend anyone to visit Braums.

The environment inside and out scared me. Dirty tables and floors and not one single smiling face. The server, who appeared to be the manager, made no eye contact nor smiled. I actually was worried he was going to slit his wrists. THAT’S how unhappy he looked. The customers weren’t any better, so maybe his despair is warranted. Could the standard be risen, alter the ambiance and attract a higher quality crowd? Things that make you go «hmmm».

Super cheap, good ice cream. I’m use to baskin robins and cold stone and this is a nice change.

The ice cream was good(as Braum’s ice cream always is) but the customer service was lousy and the sanitation was questionable.

This is one of the more decent Braum’s stores/restaurants I’ve been to(the other being South Irving). I decided to stop by there on Friday during my lunch break. The chicken strip dinner… well, it isn’t so much a dinner as it is a meal… hits the spot. The only thing they need to do is to use a little less salt on their fries. Good thing I had some leftover gravy to dip them in. Other than that, they have my good graces.

This is probably the nostalgia talking, but I challenge you to find a better chocolate malt than the one Braum’s serves up. Just walking in here reminded me of my childhood and what a treat it was when our parents took us to Braum’s. Some of the staff looks like they could have been the same ones working when I was a child, but that just adds to small town feeling of this establishment. It was the hottest part of the day when we came in here and it looked like the drive-thru lane was ordering sundaes left and right. We came inside the the staff was eager to help everyone who was looking for some frozen dessert happiness. It was my daughter’s first time having a chocolate malt and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere other than Braum’s first her first taste! It’s a pretty straightforward ice cream store that also has delicious burgers and fries. But please do yourself a favor in the dog days of summer and stop in for one of the best chocolate malts you’ll ever have.

Braum’s managed to make breakfast so gross that my dog wouldn’t eat it! It’s still sitting over there! Lunch is good, though.

I like Braum’s. I think the burgers and fries are really good, and every now and then I’ll have some ice cream. This franchise can’t quite seem to get the service aspect figured out. I usually prefer to enter the store instead of driving through, even if I’m ordering food to go. This location seems to favor the drive through line at the expense of the customers inside. Also, I have definitely seen cleaner franchises. I’ll likely return, because I just can’t resist the bacon cheeseburger, but I might try to find a better store.

I thought the two stars was generous. This place is vile. The ice cream has no flavor, unless you find cold to be a flavor(try curly’s, heck even ritas is better then this muck) The staff doesn’t know how to make BASIC items off the menu. ps– a vegetarian eating at a burger joint would still expect to get their order right, and have a clean place to eat it.

Are you kidding? Someone rated this place two stars? This place is amazing. It’s very clean, food is great and the workers are really friendly. Five stars… definitely! Never mind, it’s clear to me now. What do you expect from a vegetarian eating at a burger joint? Lol No wonder Tina didn’t like it. She’ll be happy to know there are no ants to be found now. Sorry, Tina, just giving you a hard time.

This Braum’s is one block away from my house and my kiddos LOVEIT! The teenagers in there are very friendly with them so it’s an ice cream experience they enjoy. They will pass DQ(my FAV) for Braum’s but more for the staff then food. They get my vote, oh and they haven’t had too high of a roll over w/i this past 8 mnths … so it’s the same people.

Where customer service is not a must and can I get an order of ants with my drink please?!! OK, I will NEVER go to this Braum’s again! So, a friend and I went to get a burger. As I’ve said so many times before, I don’t eat meat, so I order my burgers with the cheese on the side and whoever I’m eating with can have my meat… anyway I ordered a #3, the Braum’s burger with jalapeño and pepper jack cheese all the way with the cheese on the side and my friend got the #1 with cheese all the way. The girl that took our order acted like she didn’t understand«please put the cheese on the side, I don’t want it melted to the meat». When we went to get our drinks THAT should have been the first clue that something was wrong! I got tea… and it wasn’t even sweet tea… and there were ants EVERYWHERE by the tea container. So when our food came the fries were cold and there was my cheese, melted to my meat. I took it back up to the counter and told them to just give me a piece of cheese and all would be good… instead they made a whole new burger… all while my fries were getting colder. When I got back to the table, my friend pulled his burger out(he eats his fries first like Francesca) and his didn’t even have cheese so he went to get a piece of cheese and they gave him the wrong kind but he didn’t argue… at this point we were afraid of spit! Know what I mean?! Anyway, once we got everything in order we ate and left and decided we would never return there, which is sad because I love Braum’s burgers. I went to one in Denton and it was awesome… I don’t want to have to drive to Denton for a good Braum’s burger… hopefully the next one I try will yield and better experience than this one! So, if you ever have a hankerin’ for a good ol Braum’s burger STAYAWAY from the one on University! The ants just didn’t add any flair to the experience either! Ewww!
