I’ve been with State Farm insurance for over 25 years. I’ve been with Bob McCright for over 10 years and have never filed a claim until a recent hail storm in April 2014. I had two separate, independent roofing companies show that my roof had significant hail damage and should be replaced. I contacted Bob McCright’s office to get an opinion from his office. He refused to put a new roof on my home but immediately raised my premium for filing the claim that he would not pay. A separate insurance company would not insure my home without a new roof. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
