This is a great place for any of your bike needs. I went in today after purchasing a bike off craigslist, and they were extremely friendly to my boyfriend and I. Trent checked out my bike, gave me honest feedback on it, and helped us pick out some accessories to go with it.
I’m no avid cyclist and this was my first bike purchase. They were so welcoming and nice unlike another shop I visited. I will definitely be returning and recommending my friends to go here!

Great shop for beginners or serious cyclist. They don’t have enough high end bikes so I had to purchase elsewhere but the service is great. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

i just left this place and i really cant say enough about their customer service! we were in a bind and needing a bike checked out. went by on Sunday and Trent looked at my sons bike and made the fixes we needed while we waited. super impressed with Bicycles Inc. i left feeling like a long time friend and customer. never going to the place on hulen again they treat you like they dont need your business and they could careless if you return.

Great bikes, good sales, excellent service. I got two bikes checked over and cleaned for no charge, and it took 15min max. They have a huge selection of bikes from child to fat old guy, and they have clothing and gear for the serious cyclist but if you are a casual rider they are friendly and helpful to us as well. Overall a great bike shop with a more local feel in service and sales, but solid prices, sales specials and selection of a corporate chain.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a huge thanks for the Military discount on shoes /​apparel. We will definitely be back. Great selection of Specialized and Trek bikes, as well as tons of Shimano goodies and name brand clothing /​shoes, etc.

I purchased a bike at this location over the Bicycles Inc that is 5 minutes from me (Arlington) for one reason — Customer Service.
As a first time road bike buyer, it is overwhelming the amount of product and selection there is for bikes and accessories. My salesman, Kelly, spent 3 hours over multiple days helping me find everything I needed to get started.
I noticed that many of the people that come in the shop for service are on a first-​name basis with the shop employees as well.
Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while.
I’d definitely recommend them.

I am long time customer with many experiences of purchases, service and other needs which they tried very hard to meet. I am very pleased with all their locations and many of the employes, especially Eddie and Robert in the Arlington store. They carry a great selection of all types including trikes and recumbents (my particular type) in Arlington store. I love really trust and appreciate them.
