Best breakfast around! And even better… they serve breakfast ALL day! Wonderful hole-​in-​the-​wall place. Support the local businesses rather than chains like IHOP!

Place is a hidden gem! Lots of food for good prices, as well as a friendly staff! Great breakfast!

Don’t know what’s happened to this place, but service has gone downhill and food as well. Went on Sunday and waitress was SUPER rude! Acted like we were an inconvenience more than anything else. Place needs a serious overhaul to make it look modern. or even clean. Won’t be going here anymore. too bad!

Good food, friendly service, throw back feel. But smells strongly of cigarette smoke. I’ll be back but won’t take the family because of it.

This place was ok. I could hear my server arguing with the cook about how she should tell him how to make the orders. My mother’s omelet came out half cooked. Our server took the omelet back to the kitchen to get a new one and based on the look that the cook gave her, we didn’t eat the second one. This place was cheap, I’ll give it that. Our server was very sweet but, just ok food and a kitchen staff with a bad attitude is not what I want for any meal. There are too many options for great food in the area to go back for a second round.

Fantastic service. Wonderfully kind people and the food was wonderful. A friend had the spinach omelette and we both thought it was one of the best we’ve ever had. I had typical breakfast plate and it was great!

So, pulling up to the Benbrook Café, I was a little uncertain. Dodgy paint on the outside, handwritten memos on the windows, sketchy gas station out front… went inside… still not impressed. Old carpet, water stains on the ceiling, etc.
Decided to stick it out and order something.
I got the chicken fried steak plate with macaroni salad and mashed potatoes.
Other than the fact that it came literally swimming in gravy, the steak and potatoes were awesome. On top of that, the macaroni salad was the best I have ever had. It was inexpensive to boot! I paid $ 7.31 for my delicious meal. And the serving size was hefty!
The server was maybe a little too attentive, but never rude and never apathetic. 4 stars since the atmosphere is a little bit etch-​a-​sketch.

This place is a secret gem! Breakfast lunch and dinner specials for cheap. Food is great and staff is friendly. Fast service!

When you’re craving some genuine southern charm, this is the place to go. Friendly smiles fattening food and hot coffee. Love this place.

Plain food inexpensively priced. Friendly staff. Great for a good breakfast after a long nights work.
