Friendly staff. Joseph will keep you laughing throughout your entire appointment. Complimentary drinks. Compared to most nail salons, they don’t annoyingly try to upsell every little thing, which is refreshing. It’s clean, a lot cleaner than other places that I have tried in Fort Worth. Comparable prices to other salons. They will occasionally have something on Groupon, too. Also, I have always had little to no wait time. I will continue to go back in the future.

I purchased a groupon for a gel manicure at this place for $ 15, with a savings of 50%. I knew that a gel manicure was $ 30, as per the website. I am always hesitant to let a business know that I have a groupon before I am serviced because sometimes the attitude and customer service changes. Anywho, I ended up mentioning it after my pedicure which was pretty mediocre at best. I told the woman who was about to do my nails and she said that the groupon only covered the gel nail polish and that an actual manicure would be $ 5 extra. I said no, that isn’t what the groupon states, it says a gel manicure and she tried to debate it but then I brought up the price of a gel manicure on the business website and then she said ok, well it’s not supposed to be that but ok. From then on, her attitude was different and obviously I’ve had manicures before so I know what is supposed to be done. I felt she rushed through it and didn’t even care. I didn’t even dip my hands in water as per usual. So then comes the polish, I wanted 2 fingers to be a different color. She said ya in the beginning before she knew about the groupon but then when brought up again, she said it will be $ 3 extra. I said ok and then she stupidly mentioned that usually they wouldn’t charge extra for that but they only get a percentage from groupon and blahblahblah! I don’t care! Why should I be punished for that? Don’t partake in groupon if you can’t handle it! Don’t change your procedures once you find out that I was smart enough to get a good deal. This was a poor experience overall, $ 60 down the drain! I won’t be back and you shouldn’t even bother! There are probably other great places to get your nails done!

I was charged TEN DOLLARS for a nail design yesterday because I used a Groupon for a gel manicure. I’ve gone to this spa several times in the past and have always enjoyed the experience but $ 10 for 5 tiny stones on 1 nail is completely unacceptable. I was told that because I used Groupon, I should have also been charged $ 7 to have my previous nail polish removed. Insane!!! GROUPON USERS BEWARE… you apparently won’t be told of the charges until it’s too late. I’ve never been treated differently by any business for using Groupon and I’m infuriated that this has happened and that the staff was so rude about it. Highly disgusted.
